worst sonic ever

Not the first time I went waste my money on a shake at this Sonic... today was just to much for me not to put a complaint in.. ordered a shake and after waiting in the heat over 10 minutes I received a hot soupy cup of what I can only assume was the shake I ordered because it looked like it had been sitting melting all day..the cup was warm letting me know that I indeed had been handed some old shake n I had to get it home put it in the freezer and I'm still waiting to see if it will somehow turn out to be some version of the shake that is at least edible to me eventually...

Ordered some fries and a drink online and waited for 40 minutes for them to make that. I called back twice while waiting and was told I’d be right out. The third time I called someone came out and told me they lost my order and it would be right out. Then they came out and still didn’t bring me a drink. Bad management here don’t waste your time

Thieves.....workers keeping some of your change and not giving you the receipt....filling their apron pockets...sad...imagine how much they'll make at the end of their shift....
I live in the area of this particular location, and every visit is horrible. I ask for freshly drop product due to not getting fresh food and I still get old hard fries. I expect to bite into a soft fry with hot insides if properly done. I am sure Sonic follows guidelines. No one in this location does. The service is utterly disappointing each and every time. In my opinion they need a manager that cares alongside a crew that cares .. I will not be spending my money here again.

Everytime I come to this sonic I wait 20 minutes for my food when all I order is a drink and a wrap. I’m wondering what’s taking so long yet the manager is in her car I’m pretty sure smoking. Very unprofessional and unorganized I’ll be going to the one on Johnston st from now on.

I placed an order in the app and went to get in line at the drive thru. There were 7 cars in front of me, so I tried to cancel the order, but the app would let me so sonic got free money of of me today ?
Quick stop for drinks before heading out of town.

Don't even bother if it is after dark here. Several times have gone to be held forever in drive thru where they won't take your order at the speaker, only to ten be told they won't do ice cream or some other set of items. Always take forever, always out of things.

This used to be a great location but I don’t know what happened. Every time my family and I go to this location there’s an issue, nasty attitudes, and we are turned around. It seems like after 8 p.m. they shut down and no longer want to work. Today my son went there after 8 o’clock and they told him they’re only taking cash. He went down the street to the bank to get money out of the ATM and went right back within 15 minutes. When he got there they told him they were no longer taking orders. Sadly it’s always a hassle at this location and this is the last time they get our business. Hopefully, management will fix this issue. Until then, we’ll be choosing another location.
