Went to a wedding reception catered by Stacy's last night. Best food ever...by a long shot. We'll be eating there in person very soon

I arrived expecting Sunday brunch and they had a private event scheduled. I checked the website prior to going & it wasn't posted smh

12/10 this place was really nice!! The music was a vibe and the meal option and drinks are on point! I had the cheese corn grits with brisket and a fried poached egg! It was delicious and perfect amount of food. My friend had the chicken and waffles. The drinks were the best part of brunch and they did not disappoint at all!!!!!! Will be returning soon!

Never been, but from reading all of the other reviews (same complaints spanning over one year) and no response from the owner, I already know it’s a “no from me dawg”

We had our son's graduation reception in May catered at Stacy's. Food was phenomenal as was expected; all guests complemented the food and the service. Highly recommend Stacy's for any catering needs. We will use Stacy's for future catering.

I went in for brunch and had a horrible experience!!!! I am very patient and understanding because I have been in customer service and the serving industry. We waited an hour before someone came to take our order … the waitress said it was supposed to be someone else’s table but she ended up taking it for him … ok fine … ordered and waited an additional hour for our food all for my food to be cold. I did not eat not a fry … I simply touched it and knew it was cold … and told the waitress before she completely walked away…. She went to the back and when she came back I said it is ok just refund me because they were about to close… she came back to tell me I still had to pay for the food even though I didn’t eat it and it was cold !!!!! She even called the police on me but ofc I did nothing wrong so they had to take the order off of my tab … but they told me I couldn’t come back AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG but I didn’t plan on being back anyway !!! Worst experience ever !!!!

Everything on the menu is amazing from the food to the craft cocktails. Establishment has limited seating, so if you don't show up at opening time or have reservation, expect to wait.

Worst brunch spot ever their food was not what is expected, and they were not wanting to honor the food that we did not like. They tried to make us still pay for the food and the food was horrible. The owner is the cook as well and everything they use is cheap they brought water out in cheap red cups from dollar tree and the wine was in cheap plastic cups from dollar tree as well. The owner was very rude, and the food was overpriced the only thing that was good was the drinks. I will Never go back to this place again for brunch they are horrible and very rude customer service!

Only thing that is good about this place is their drinks. Their food is horrible and if you purchase something that you are not happy with they still charge you for it the manager refused to come out and talk to us. She kept sending the waitress out and the waitress explain to us how the owner, Stacy was upset that we did not like our food. When I told the owner husband that I assume he stated to me that this was not McDonald’s and it didn’t go my way. They were very rude and very unprofessional. The pasta that was used is normally made in salad. I would not recommend this place to anyone there over price and their food is not worth it!!! Another broken egg is way better than this place. The shrimp and grits were really running. The pasta was not good. The chicken and waffles were hard don’t waste your money.

Visit was not what I expected. You order food, and get something you didn’t expect as in, it did not look appetizing. As you get the food, you ask to get something else…because you were not satisfied with the meal you got, and still get charge with a meal you never ate, but only tasted. Ordered the Mardi Gras Pasta, and wasn’t pleased with the taste. After giving the food a taste and as the waitress was still at the table giving the rest of the food to my family, i asked her before she left the table if i can exchange this for something else. Also, they did not give a good description on the food as the Mardi Gras Pasta has Tri-Color pasta noddles, which are noodles that are mostly used for SALAD. We were all a first time customer and asked for an exchange of another desired menu item and were told we still will have to pay for any items that were ordered. Rather you ate it, or didn’t eat it, ate one bite, or two. Plate may look as full as it was, when it was given to you… YOU STILL WILL HAVE TO PAY. They are plenty of other restaurants that will give their customers the 100% satisfactory of their food. As a business owner…STACY, when you have plenty of bad reviews about the same topic, “charged for food, i never ate or wasn’t satisfied with.” you should do as much as you can, to make sure your customers are satisfied with not only their visit but their food as well.As me being a server before, I work at plenty of restaurants and anytime i dealt with a situation like this, my Manager or Owner. ALWAYS gave the customer what they wanted. Because customers brings more people to your business! If you ever have a customer return a menu item that has most of their food on their plate, they should get the opportunity to exchange their food for a different item!

How do you charge someone for food we never ate only tasted and it was horrible. They still charge you for everything they bring to the table no matter what!! I will always give a bad review for this place because of the owner and her messed up worker that rolled her eyes at us the whole time she took our order. I hope people start seeing how disrespectful and evil these people are. NEVER AGAIN EVER EVER MARK MY WORDS!! All my co-workers at Ochsner Lafayette General, PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. I would not recommend this place at all!!! When you receive your food after waiting 30 minutes, and you don't like it and send it back they still charge you for the food you sent back. Food was cold. The waitress had an attitude ?.

They were really busy but still fit us in. This place is a vibe! Great food, drinks, and music. Glad I live out of state or I would be here every Sunday lol. I ordered the Louisiana Hot Chicken, Roasted Potatoes(sooo yummy?) Side of Strawberries and the Chambong.
