Just finished up having brunch at Stacy's on Kaliste Saloom and I if I had to describe their establishment in one word, I would describe them as laughable. We attended their "Barbie" themed brunch today. We waited of corse for our table being Barbie is such a trend at the moment, they were packed. Tables could not be kept clean, after or during a setting. Their Barbie themed music was as loud as it would be at a bar or club. Tables were not even furnished with salt or pepper, let alone silverware, when we sat. We were handed paper printed menus that have obviously been already used. It took our server several attempts to get the 2 cocktails and 1 of the 2 sweet teas we ordered; we gave up asking for the second one. Once the food was finally brought out, we had to ask for silverware. We ate and sat with stacked plates for at-least 10mins before the server returned so we could ask for a box and our two checks; in the mean time, plastic was found in one of our praline chicken and waffles.... He couldn't split the check correctly, I was charged for a drink another guest at my table had ordered.to top everything off, our little 4 top table was charged a %20 gratuity. we maybe spent $100 between the 4 of us. I honestly left Stacy's feeling robbed of my time, energy and my money.

12/10 this place was really nice!! The music was a vibe and the meal option and drinks are on point! I had the cheese corn grits with brisket and a fried poached egg! It was delicious and perfect amount of food. My friend had the chicken and waffles. The drinks were the best part of brunch and they did not disappoint at all!!!!!! Will be returning soon!

We had our son's graduation reception in May catered at Stacy's. Food was phenomenal as was expected; all guests complemented the food and the service. Highly recommend Stacy's for any catering needs. We will use Stacy's for future catering.

I went in for brunch and had a horrible experience!!!! I am very patient and understanding because I have been in customer service and the serving industry. We waited an hour before someone came to take our order … the waitress said it was supposed to be someone else’s table but she ended up taking it for him … ok fine … ordered and waited an additional hour for our food all for my food to be cold. I did not eat not a fry … I simply touched it and knew it was cold … and told the waitress before she completely walked away…. She went to the back and when she came back I said it is ok just refund me because they were about to close… she came back to tell me I still had to pay for the food even though I didn’t eat it and it was cold !!!!! She even called the police on me but ofc I did nothing wrong so they had to take the order off of my tab … but they told me I couldn’t come back AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG but I didn’t plan on being back anyway !!! Worst experience ever !!!!

Everything on the menu is amazing from the food to the craft cocktails. Establishment has limited seating, so if you don't show up at opening time or have reservation, expect to wait.

Worst brunch spot ever their food was not what is expected, and they were not wanting to honor the food that we did not like. They tried to make us still pay for the food and the food was horrible. The owner is the cook as well and everything they use is cheap they brought water out in cheap red cups from dollar tree and the wine was in cheap plastic cups from dollar tree as well. The owner was very rude, and the food was overpriced the only thing that was good was the drinks. I will Never go back to this place again for brunch they are horrible and very rude customer service!
Only thing that is good about this place is their drinks. Their food is horrible and if you purchase something that you are not happy with they still charge you for it the manager refused to come out and talk to us. She kept sending the waitress out and the waitress explain to us how the owner, Stacy was upset that we did not like our food. When I told the owner husband that I assume he stated to me that this was not McDonald’s and it didn’t go my way. They were very rude and very unprofessional. The pasta that was used is normally made in salad. I would not recommend this place to anyone there over price and their food is not worth it!!! Another broken egg is way better than this place. The shrimp and grits were really running. The pasta was not good. The chicken and waffles were hard don’t waste your money.

Visit was not what I expected. You order food, and get something you didn’t expect as in, it did not look appetizing. As you get the food, you ask to get something else…because you were not satisfied with the meal you got, and still get charge with a meal you never ate, but only tasted. Ordered the Mardi Gras Pasta, and wasn’t pleased with the taste. After giving the food a taste and as the waitress was still at the table giving the rest of the food to my family, i asked her before she left the table if i can exchange this for something else. Also, they did not give a good description on the food as the Mardi Gras Pasta has Tri-Color pasta noddles, which are noodles that are mostly used for SALAD. We were all a first time customer and asked for an exchange of another desired menu item and were told we still will have to pay for any items that were ordered. Rather you ate it, or didn’t eat it, ate one bite, or two. Plate may look as full as it was, when it was given to you… YOU STILL WILL HAVE TO PAY. They are plenty of other restaurants that will give their customers the 100% satisfactory of their food. As a business owner…STACY, when you have plenty of bad reviews about the same topic, “charged for food, i never ate or wasn’t satisfied with.” you should do as much as you can, to make sure your customers are satisfied with not only their visit but their food as well.As me being a server before, I work at plenty of restaurants and anytime i dealt with a situation like this, my Manager or Owner. ALWAYS gave the customer what they wanted. Because customers brings more people to your business! If you ever have a customer return a menu item that has most of their food on their plate, they should get the opportunity to exchange their food for a different item!

This is one of the worst brunch places I have ever ate at!! Me and my sister’s were treated wrong in a very unprofessional way. Whoever STACEY is (the OWNER), she needs to have her attitude checked. How do you charge someone for food we never ate only tasted and it was horrible. They still charge you for everything they bring to the table no matter what!! I will always give a bad review for this place because of the owner and her messed up worker that rolled her eyes at us the whole time she took our order. I hope people start seeing how disrespectful and evil these people are. NEVER AGAIN EVER EVER MARK MY WORDS!! All my co-workers at Ochsner Lafayette General, PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. IF THEY TREAT US NURSES WITH DISRESPECT IN THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS, THEN WE WILL MAKE SURE THEY DON’T HAVE A CHANCE TO HAVE US AS THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

If it wasn't for good vibes and music, I would have given this place a 2 out of 5. I am big on quality so to see that my water and my alcoholic beverage was served in disposable cups was certainly disappointing. We placed our order and was told after waiting for an entire hour that they ran out of eggs. At that point, we were still enjoying the ambience so we decided to wait. While still waiting on the bacon egg and cheese sliders, the brisket queso fries came out. I took a bite and to my dismay it was not even warm. It also looked like frozen fries and not very fresh. This prompted my boyfriend to tell the waitress he would not wait another minute for the sliders and to remove off our check. If you are looking for quality food please do not go here!

Disgusting how they just leave trash everywhere on the ground. The food is decent, but definitely not fresh..... I would assume frozen. Staff allows customers to get wayyy too drunk..... as I watch people stumble out to their car and get in the drivers seat. People throwing up in the parking lot, I feel so bad for the other surrounding businesses who have to deal with a trashy parking lot with vomit everywhere, on a early Sunday afternoon might I say. This place has definitely went downhill. I just don't believe in giving one star reviews unless the service sucked...... but I was tempted.
