Today was my daughter's birthday. I asked her where she wanted to go or what she wanted, and Starbucks was the only place she wanted to go. She enjoyed it she had a treat from there. It looked like a popsicle but I think it was like a cake or so but she said it tasted good. She loved it and she had a frozen coffee vanilla something. I don't know the exact name, but she said it was good and she wants to go back. š„°

Worst experience ever. The guy behind the counter has a personality of a rockā¦ maybe itās just an off day for him. But I will be going elsewhere.
They accidentally gave us the wrong breakfast food so they took it and threw it in the trash in front of us! With all the hungry people in the world! If I would have known that she would have done that, threw it in the trash in front of us, we would have taken it and even paid for it!! It was still fresh and hot! The person who ordered it left! She didnāt even ask if we wanted it or if we wanted to pay for it . She said it was policy, but I think before they throw something away, they should offer you if you would like to buy it instead of it being throwing the trash. Even if it was the wrong order and we didnāt like it, I wouldāve gave it to a homeless person or something.

Ordered an iced matcha latte. It came frozen like a frappe, thatās not what I ordered. It came with whipped cream, I didnāt ask for whipped cream and it has never come with whipped cream before. The cup wasnāt even full and thatās including the whipped cream in it.
