This store used to be great. Drinks are fine but it's not a good Starbucks experience. This was my second visit this week (in town visiting my mother-in-law). No greeting when I got to the register. Person just tied up the large garbage bag in their hand, slung it over their shoulder and asked what i wanted. The three drinks i ordered came quickly and were correct. But this is a very self service location. I know not to ask for a carrier as those are located near the door. So i have to juggle the drinks to the door, put on sleeves, and seat the cups in a carrier. No "Thank You." No "hope to see you again soon." I'm just a transaction. That's not how it used to be. No wonder Jet Coffee, a local place, seems to be so popular - they seem to be more than a transaction business.

The lid of my drink wasn't clean so I assumed some of the substance just kind of spilled. The way the cup was handed to me was enough proof to me that the employee saw the makeup print on the cup when he handed it to me. When I drove off and spent my cup to drink from the straw, I noticed the make up stain. I was headed to work and didn't have time to turn around so I chucked it. I DO NOT WEAR ANY TYPE OF MAKEUP. I was alone so there was no one in my vehicle that might have been wearing makeup. I was totally disgusted at the fact that people are touching their face and making drinks

This is the red cup day. I order Venti Iced Coffee with no ice and they give me a cup like that. I asked them can I get a little bit whole milk but they told me it need to be charged for $1.5, I said that's fine and then I asked for a red cup but the girl who gave me the order so rule. She told me that they out and it just for in person and closed the window immediately. I really disappointed for your customer service and I never come back this store again.

I started going to this location this year and let me tell you it has been a terrible experience. I order the same thing, every time I go there. I can tasted when my drink is made correctly and when it’s not. I called one day and spoke with Casey the manager. He wasn’t helpful, because my drink is being made wrong til this day. When you ask the staff to remake it, they’re giggling and laughing. I was Trying to establish what was funny. On October 23, 2024 at 6:50am, a black female was making the drinks. She has a very bad attitude, when I stated the ingredients weren’t in my drink. She wanted to go round and round until her co worker stated the ingredient was on the order. Why would you want to fuss with a customer? As of today, I’ll just start going to another location. I wouldn’t Waste my time visiting this location, the drinks are horrible. They will make your drink how they want to make it, not how you want it. I called after leaving and they had the audacity not to answer the phone.

So I order a large caramel ribbon crunch being excited all day to finally go order one I take a sip and guess what they put pumpkin spice at the bottom I know what caramel and pumpkin spice taste like so I go back to the window just to get attitude from ms Maddison who claims we was lying well she grab the cup from my fiancé threw it away and pop off and said well I guess we can make another one well I spend enough on starbucks this is my first issue ever with someone it made me feel like she needed a reality check

I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Salted Caramel Cold Foam and had to return it 2 times because it was completely wrong. I finally gave up when they gave it to me wrong a THIRD TIME ? I went down the street to the Starbucks in the Albertsons on Ambassador. They’re the sweetest people and made my drink right on the FIRST TIME! Will not be returning here, but I will take the extra time to get down and get a quality beverage at the Starbucks down the street.
