Went around 7:30 pm and the baristas are slow, they have a brand new partner on the bar and doesn’t know how to make the drinks. It took us 45 minutes to get 2 lattes and they weren’t even busy. Had to get the drinks remade a couple times for them to be right.

This Starbucks has definitely improved this past year. The staff has improved and so has their service. The manager is so helpful and she definitely remembers her regulars. Love coming here.

Second time I ordered Mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher the first time they completely forgot to send the drink and today they completely forgot the dragon fruit. What kind a people working over there ? This is unacceptable for Starbucks !!!! I need the corporate number since nobody wanna answer the phone !!!

Avoid this location, 3 visits in a row the drink is terrible. Every other location gets the drink right and from this location it is straight up sour. Won’t come back after this one.

Always get my hazel nut ice coffee for 8-$9. This time it's $15! I asked the guy at the window he just shrugs I don't know. He looked like he needed coffee himself yawning and all! Drove off and looked at my receipt wth is $3.95 for freaken milk!! Tried calling them and no one answer. They need better service and come on Starbucks. Yall beg for tips but then charge dumb things like milk in an ice coffee!!! Never again

This store used to be great. Drinks are fine but it's not a good Starbucks experience. This was my second visit this week (in town visiting my mother-in-law). No greeting when I got to the register. Person just tied up the large garbage bag in their hand, slung it over their shoulder and asked what i wanted. The three drinks i ordered came quickly and were correct. But this is a very self service location. I know not to ask for a carrier as those are located near the door. So i have to juggle the drinks to the door, put on sleeves, and seat the cups in a carrier. No "Thank You." No "hope to see you again soon." I'm just a transaction. That's not how it used to be. No wonder Jet Coffee, a local place, seems to be so popular - they seem to be more than a transaction business.
