always super friendly but asked for an iced matcha and it was NOT blended well. big clumps of matcha powder all up in my cup. KINDA gross. usually they don’t mess up like that so idk but this was very unpleasant lol

To the girl who wrote “Dum” on my cup of coffee instead of “Dom” which is short for “Dominique”…. I hope you really just couldn’t hear me and that you’re not that stupid or ignorant. I can’t complain about the coffee as it was up to Starbucks standards. But btw, I’ve ordered the same cup of coffee for the last three years so if my order seemed dumb to you, then you shouldn’t be working as a barista.

So I order a large caramel ribbon crunch being excited all day to finally go order one I take a sip and guess what they put pumpkin spice at the bottom I know what caramel and pumpkin spice taste like so I go back to the window just to get attitude from ms Maddison who claims we was lying well she grab the cup from my fiancé threw it away and pop off and said well I guess we can make another one well I spend enough on starbucks this is my first issue ever with someone it made me feel like she needed a reality check
