Just Wondering if anyone else notice this.

They are throwing away a large amount of your frap you paid for down the drain.

If you order a 24 oz. Frap, the barista puts the concoction of what you want into the blender, then they add a bunch of ice (water). They blend it and with the ice they make 40 ounces. They pour 24 of the 40 ounces into the venti cup and throw away 18 ounces of what you paid for. They throw away the rest of the coffee, chocolate, caramel, extra shots of expresso, etc. you paid for.

If you paid for 3 additional shot of Expresso they just threw away one of the shots you paid for.

Ordered a venti and when I opened the lid, only 3/4 of the cup was filled. They are charging for larger cups but giving smaller portions!

I’ve officially had it with this location. This is now the second time in two weeks that the same little girl working the speaker has been shockingly rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. The first time, she talked to me like I was an idiot — correcting everything I said in the most passive-aggressive tone possible. I brushed it off, thinking maybe she was having a bad day. Said never mined and drove away without completing the order. But clearly, this is just how she treats customers. I am always polite, everything is followed with a please or thank you, so there is ZERO excuse for the way I’ve not be spoken to, twice. I’m very far from an idiot.

Today was even worse. I ordered bacon and egg bites, pretty straightforward, and she immediately cuts me off with, “We don’t have bacon and egg bites, do you mean bacon and gruyere?”
Yes. Obviously. You knew exactly what I meant, but had to make it a point to “correct” me anyway like I was inconveniencing you by existing. Then I ordered a caramel macchiato with caramel drizzle, and she felt the need to snark back, “You ordered a caramel macchiato, it already has drizzle.” I’m sorry, but is it that deep? You could just make my drink how I like it instead of lecturing me about what it already comes with.

When I got to the window, she wasn’t done. I asked for sriracha, and instead of just grabbing it, she snapped, “Next time, you need to order that at the speaker. It slows us down when you don’t.” You know what actually slows you down? Spending this much energy correcting people on minor things that you knew exactly what they meant rather than serving them. The level of sass and attitude coming from this girl was unbelievable. The fact that no manager has addressed it tells me everything I need to know about how this location is being run.

With 7 Brew opening in the same parking lot this location might want to take a long hard look at how they treat their regulars, because I’ll gladly take my business (and my money) 100 feet away to people who actually act like they want customers to come back.

I work right by here, spend money each week at this location. Went in to get just a cup of ice and was told I could not get just a cup of ice I had to buy something with it. I did not want coffee or food, literally just needed a cup of ice. I was going to pay for it, not even asking for a free cup of ice.
