I come here often and today was a bad day but I was pleasantly surprised when I was handed my drink through the drive through the cup had a cute flower drawn on it with “live laugh love” idk who did it but that made my day . Small gestures like that make such a difference in the world 🩵

I work at a Starbucks so I know the standard. I went to this one with my aunt who is a regular and ordered a nitro. The nitro was made before we even got there and my aunt paid for extra 2% milk and when I ask the girl there for a little more she was passive aggressive and talked to me like I was stupid. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I’m not sure who she was. But I do not recommend this Starbucks. For the price you pay, I expect to be satisfied with my drink especially when I am being charged for extra milk. This is not the only time this has happened. Not to mention the bathroom was disgusting. There was pee all over the floor. Not the Starbucks experience.

Normally I have a great experience. Until today there was this really rude blue hair guy. I tried to order a blonde roast coffee he kept telling me “oh so you want a blonde Americano? “I said “no thank you just a blonde coffee with half and half” and he corrected me “oh that’s actually a latte .” He kept trying to correct me rather than listening to me attempting to order. It was extremely rude. The service here is normally top notch, thanks to baristas such as Chris, Zack and Alanni. The blue haired guy working at the window should learn from them. How to not be rude to customers.
