“Always a great experience here at this Subway location. Had a curbside pickup yesterday and the ladies here were trying to take a break but hurried to get my order to me. It is really appreciated to see great customer service. Always fresh food here too.“

“This location is by FAR the best in the Carencro area. We drive passed another location to come here just because the service is absolutely AMAZING and the food is always fresh. There is one employee that we just love to pieces for the level of kindness shown and the care taken with our orders! If you're not going here, you're not getting the best service possible.“
“I cannot speak highly enough on the personnel staffing this location. I have been in Subway stores all over the country and I have never met such a wonderful more caring employee. We had a large, complicated catered-style order and Jessica took the time to go through each and every sandwich to make sure that everything was correct and satisfactory. Never experienced this before. 6 stars, not 5. Bravo!“
“My sandwich of choice on this particular visit was the steak and cheese on flat bread. I enjoyed my sandwich immensely! There was something in the stars that day that lead me to this Subway Restaurant. Seriously, the sandwich artist's at this location on this day were synchronized in making my steak and cheese on flat bread a memorable meal! “I just had the best subway wrap of my life not joking. Texted about it as I was finishing the sandwich, saying how who ever created this sandwich was very passionate. I had to make my way to the review section and let it be known, as I can see someone else felt the same way. Ordered online was ready as soon as I walked in and greeted by name.“
“Just had an All American sub for the first time here, and it was great! I always ACCIDENTALLY avoid this location, because when I'm near by I usually don't want subway.However, I'll be going out of my way now! Their employees were nice and attentive, always double checked with what toppings I was ordering, and made a dang good sandwich for me today! Not only do I recommend, I give it a full 5 out of 5!
Vegetarian options: Subway is a "build-your-own" location, so you can make whatever sandwich you want! They have a good selection of Veggies to choose from for your sandwich needs!
Parking: The strip that the Subway is in has pretty subpar parking all things considered.The parking spots (while there are a lot!) are pretty thin, leading to difficulty with actually parking, as well as getting out of your car. Especially if you're plus-sized like me, consider finding a spot further away, in hopes of there being an empty spot next to it.
Kid-friendliness: The employees are generally nice to everyone, and that obvoiously includes kids! They generally double-check the order with kids, even if their parent or guardian are ordering for them!“
“Hubby and I stopped here on our way back home and although I couldnt understand the cajun accent they were very courteous and friendly. Restaurant was clean.Food was ok...But yeah I couldnt understand them.I thought the girl was having a stroke..LOL..I asked her are you ok? That Cajun Bayou.“
“I go out of my way to go to this subway location. The bread is always the freshest and softest than I've ever had in my 30+ years of eating from Subway. I don't know the secret to obtaining this but keep up the great bread making!!!!!!“
“I love this spot! They provide superb food, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is very trained, I like very much eating all their food. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I highly recommend it.“

“There was no line on Saturday at noon so I had instant service. The 6” Chicken breast on 9 grain whole wheat was customized with fresh spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers. The home mustard dressing was sweet and made it good and moist. I enjoyed the baked potato chips and Huberts lemonade.“
“I stopped in with my grandson today to grab a quick lunch. I gave him the option to choose a lunch spot today, and he chose Subway!
This location is at 1521 Ambassador Caffrey in Lafayette, and I have to say it was clean and spotless.
We ordered our food, and the employee on duty was very polite, courteous and made our subs just as we ordered them. She obviously enjoyed her job, as it showed.
I loved this store and will be back! The subways in my area are not as clean as this one was, and the employees sometimes have an attitude. Thank you to the young lady working today on 9-15-24! You are a jewel!
