Made an order through the app. Bread was toasted even though I selected not toasted. Selected pepper jack cheese got American cheese. Asked for extra mayo and sandwich was so dry that if I had selected regular I might not have gotten any at all. How hard it is to follow an order. I can tell you because I have worked at a Subway before. It is not hard. These employees obviously don’t know how to follow instructions and don’t care. Trash. I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I found a significantly large chicken bone in my sandwich. I’ve worked at subway and eaten at many subways. This should have never happened. I could have had severe injuries.

The last time I visited was during the pandemic, and the sanitation quality was deficient. An older man was sick and coughed over the soda fountain, but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was that the staff didn't clean it right and used the same gloves. From the soda fountain, to touching the trash can, to finally touching the food that was making my sandwich, the staff's negligence in hygiene was evident and it directly impacted the food I was about to consume. The whole food tray was contaminated.

I come to this location almost every day that I work. A new hire young woman Maitlyn very rude - keen on rushing me, not listening to my order instructions, having to repeat multiple times, and most of all very unwelcoming and poor attitude. Keep your attitude at home, work is not the place for it.

Always a great experience here at this Subway location. Had a curbside pickup yesterday and the ladies here were trying to take a break but hurried to get my order to me. It is really appreciated to see great customer service. Always fresh food here too.
There's a guy name Christian and he's a great worker great at speed and casual at making our food the best way he can he gets my vote here at subway give him a raise on his wage at work ....y'all got my vote with
