This location is my favorite out of all the restaurants in Lafayette. It’s always well maintained and peaceful when I visit . Their service is good as well. I would love to become an employee at this location. I definitely recommend visiting during your lunch breaks .

Never again. Ordered through subway app. Paid subway. Have a receipt from subway. Ordered meatball sub (basic) and a bottled sweet tea. Delivery gets here no tea. Sandwich was fine. Was told not subways problem it's door dash problem. Would not even refund the tea. If I ask someone to pick up a prepaid order and the order is not complete and the tea was not offered how is that not the employees fault no matter who picked it up. So I paid subway 21.13 for a basic meatball sub. Young man says I can come get it. Yeah. That's why I ordered delivery- 18 wheels next to the front door might be messy. So thank you subway for NOT doing the right thing. Never again....

Told the sandwich preparer my loaf was not the correct size, Yet he proceeded to fix the sandwich. He then toasted but it didn't actually toast. Not to mention they use the top of the tomato to put on the sandwiches. Just horrible.

I used to go quite often but now when I try to go its never open. Door always locked! Can't make money if you don't unlock the door. I honestly thought they were closed on Sunday because the door is locked. EVERY Sunday

Theres on employee that works on my nerve everytime i go there. He dont give you time to talk. This is all you here anything else anything else anything else got dam give me time to tell you what else. You sound like a broken computer. I ordered 4 sandwiches and all of a sudden he helped someone else as well by the time he almost complete my sandwiches he said i dont have anymore jalopenas so i walked out empty handed due to the fact i wasnt happy with the services. The sad part i live right by homedepot and ended up at the subway in the shell station by the airport.

I can't give a review on the food because the customer service was so bad and I do mean so bad that I made him stop fixing my sandwich.The guy working today I don't know his name but I do know he had a ponytail the length of a horse's tail. This person hands down has been the worst customer service experience I've had probably in the last three or four years. I'm the type I give people a little leeway when it comes to customer service which I did in this case. But you can only give so much leeway when the customer service was as bad as the one I received today. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location ever.
