Nov 5th I placed an online order and proceeded to head to the store to pick it up as you normally would in any other circumstances. Upon arrival, I was not greeted at all but okay. I patiently waited my turn in line and then advised to one of the workers (a young hispanic girl) that I had an online order. She told me she didnt have the order. And I asked if she was sure and showed my phone again. She said again they didnt have the order. She also then told me that this was not the Old Camp location but that we were at the location on Ambassador…..The entire time she had s goofy smile on her face. So I ended up calling the store phone to make sure I wasnt missing anything and of course the phone ringed right where I was standing. So apparently the worker didnt know where she worked or she lied to my face and tried to be funny. The manager was contacted and spoken with. So to be clear, im not upset that the order was not there due to a technical issue bc things happen. However, I am annoyed with the lack of service and being lied to like I was the one in the wrong.

Found a bug. I still ate the sub just picked out the banana pepper that it was on, but the principle of there being a bug in your food. I still love subway and I will stick to my usual subway location by the Cajun field/ Rouses :)

The first worker we encounters was super rude barely listens to our order then was rude about our selections then we moved to second station and the girl got a lot of mayo on her gloves then proceeded to roll up the sandwich coating the outer bread in mayo so my experience was trash

These teen girl workers are horrible. A group of guys walked in and they began giving us half-azzed service while talking and laughing with these boys. They proceeded to give these guys free drinks and a cookie. While I had to pay for a messy sandwhich that wasn’t given much attention…

Very bad . Because of stickers on the glass you can’t see the food options, and the personal seems out of hearing… at least it’s fresh ))))

My sandwich of choice on this particular visit was the steak and cheese on flat bread. I enjoyed my sandwich immensely! There was something in the stars that day that lead me to this Subway Restaurant. Seriously, the sandwich artist's at this location on this day were synchronized in making my steak and cheese on flat bread a memorable meal! Thank y'all to the staff that continue to feed all the hangry humans when we need to eat!
