This subway franchise now refuses anyone who is not making a purchase to sit in their restaurant. I’m a loyal customer and I buy sandwiches here often, it’s hilarious to implement this policy and bully your customers out. I will no longer be spending my money here, the sandwiches were never that good anyways. Always made by a worker with an attitude, try being happy to have a job in the first place.

I don’t get why all worker here are mad most of the time ! Today was with the cashier ! She charged for something a didn’t order !
My last time time here trying here and always it’s something and btw I do t even get a simple napkin what a bad service

Rude worker. Didn’t know the name of the bread and me and my mother both got our eyes rolled when telling the lady what we wanted on our sandwiches. Never seen anything like this. I personally work in customer service and would be fired in a heartbeat if I acted the way this woman acted

rang the bell twice and the employees were not coming and eventually showed up and fussed about “yall dont have to keep ringing the bell.” when they were sitting doing nothing prior to showing up. Sub tasted weird too.

Guy was a little rude. Wouldn't let me finish adding what I wanted to my order. Different items in the same container. It was just bad.

I visited on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Our sandwiches were okay. I asked to toast my flatbread, but I guess that was too much to ask. I didn’t get it done. My boyfriend and I sat down to eat in the middle. Moments later one of the employees started mopping from the entrance. All the tables were dirty. I didn’t think mopping around customers was okay. He could have wiped off the tables and begin mopping from the back. We had to walk out slowly not to fall.

Came here twice in 2 weeks. Both times my online order was wrong. Once my salad had no meat and the next time they didn't follow the simple online instructions. Said they were too busy. Too many other subway restaurants around to deal with that nonsense.

Employee was quiet and not speak up after asking several times. Rushed me and was rude. The sandwich was honestly pitiful. Made me feel bad for asking for more spinach after putting 3 pieces on.
