Rude worker. Didn’t know the name of the bread and me and my mother both got our eyes rolled when telling the lady what we wanted on our sandwiches. Never seen anything like this. I personally work in customer service and would be fired in a heartbeat if I acted the way this woman acted

rang the bell twice and the employees were not coming and eventually showed up and fussed about “yall dont have to keep ringing the bell.” when they were sitting doing nothing prior to showing up. Sub tasted weird too.

I ordered on the Mobil app 11/10/23 and when I picked up the 2 footings the lady behind the counter was so rude. Got home and the sandwiches had so much sauce the bread was soggy And had 2 strips of bacon that were not cooked all the way So much for calling them BMT's. So disgusting. I will go out of my way to go to another Subway from now on Never going back there.

I visited on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Our sandwiches were okay. I asked to toast my flatbread, but I guess that was too much to ask. I didn’t get it done. My boyfriend and I sat down to eat in the middle. Moments later one of the employees started mopping from the entrance. All the tables were dirty. I didn’t think mopping around customers was okay. He could have wiped off the tables and begin mopping from the back. We had to walk out slowly not to fall.

Came here twice in 2 weeks. Both times my online order was wrong. Once my salad had no meat and the next time they didn't follow the simple online instructions. Said they were too busy. Too many other subway restaurants around to deal with that nonsense.

I ordered a turkey sandwich deluxe but instead of three layers of meat I got three on a quarter of my sandwich and one layer on the end of it by far my worst experience ever and never going back.
