Worst Subway I have ever been to. 1:30 in the afternoon. Walked in and the woman came from the back after we had been waiting for over 5 minutes just tell us they were closed. Seems like it was more like she didnt want to do the job she was hired to do.

This location was closed when I arrived at 5:36pm to pick up my online order. The lights were off, the door was locked, and no one was inside, but the hours are listed open until 9pm everyday.

This location used to actually be my favorite, but I went in today and the girl that was making my sandwich looked like she didn’t want to be there. She put her hands all over the gloves before she put them on so I don’t see the point in even using them after she did that the cucumbers look soggy and disgusting Like a few other vegetables so it was limited on what I could put on my sandwich also, she just literally stacked my cheese one piece on top of another. I guess she missed the class where you’re supposed to spread it out over the meat definitely won’t be back

I stopped in with my grandson today to grab a quick lunch. I gave him the option to choose a lunch spot today, and he chose Subway!
This location is at 1521 Ambassador Caffrey in Lafayette, and I have to say it was clean and spotless.
We ordered our food, and the employee on duty was very polite, courteous and made our subs just as we ordered them. She obviously enjoyed her job, as it showed.
I loved this store and will be back! The subways in my area are not as clean as this one was, and the employees sometimes have an attitude. Thank you to the young lady working today on 9-15-24! You are a jewel!

Very friendly fast paced wonderful customer service.Cashier I believe it’s 4143 always smiling and happy when I go .But what I would like to point out there’s this one worker whom wears house slippers on the job .Not professional nor safe .
If I could give a zero I would for the service I received from the boy who was working at this subway today. I don't plan on returning to this store and this is why franchises lose business. Hire better workers. Employee number 5494

Tonight the guy was hiding in the back so it looked closed. Then when i entered he was very rude. I guess he'd hope i would leave. Then he was worse when he realized i wanted 2 sandwiches. Saying you should have told me u needed 2 sandwiches. When all was said and done when i was pouring my drinks the guy took a speaker and went outside and smoke. Very unpleasant visit. Won't be going back to this location!!!!!!!
