The service was quick, the food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh. The staff handled the rush without missing a beat, and the order was accurate down to the last detail. The place was clean, the prices were fair, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for when grabbing fast food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

the guys behind this counter are always so sweet. my sandwich is always exactly how i want it. i’m not sure why others have such a negative experience but i’ve stopped here multiple times because it’s right by my job and every time it’s a 5 star experience.
Just ate here for lunch. Got the chicken teriyaki on an Italian herbs and cheese footlong. Can’t remember what my co worker got but 5 minutes after we finished eating my and my co workers stomachs are messed up bad. The bread on my sandwich was chewy and tuff to pull a bite off. On top of that the chicken did not taste right at all. Nothing tasted fresh. Not to mention there was a big black spot on one of the pieces of bell peppers on my sandwich and my co worker said something was off with the jalapeños on his sandwich as well. A health inspector needs to come check this place out.

This Subway located in the Hit n Run gas station is more like a run for your life. D Andre, I think that was his name was more than upset I rang the bell for service. He was in the back with head phones on and apparently didn’t want to take my order. All good bro, I just left and he went up to cash register and was complaining about me. Not sure why? I actually never spoke with him.

Wow… can’t even begin to describe how terrible this was. Completely inedible slop… my wife picked up food for us to eat before an appointment we had. The sandwich was triple wrapped, which was odd, then when I unwrapped it, it was literally a ball of mush. See attached photos. Never going here again.
P.S. Before yall get on me about my fingernail, I am a diesel mechanic. It’s hard to get all the black off.

Okay, here we go.
On 6/03/25 I came in at approximately 8:35-8:40 pm. Walk up to the counter and the Subway worker tells me oh, we're closed. okay.What time do you close 9 pm oh I mean 8 pm.. clearly on the about information of Subway.This location stays open till 9 pm. not .Only was money lost but the customer service ran away a regular customer. But also insulted myn intelligence like I was too stupid to realize that he was full of.crap on what time they close.. I don't know if that's how somebody , runs things they start closing 30 minutes, 20 minutes before they actually closed and they turn customers away or if that's just to this individual location. So now
The other sandwich shop right down the road from Subway.Is getting my business tonight and probably from now on. Very disappointed in the Subway corporation,.and.their staff.

I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes and there was no one to wait on me. I could hear her talking on the phone in the back, so I called out "hello" and she still didn't come. Finally, the cashier from the gas station went to get her out of the back. When your employee finally came out she very rudely asked me what I wanted (still talking on her cell phone...on speakerphone... on a personal call talking about a party at someone's house.) She started to make my sandwich but I had to stop her to tell her I wanted my bread toasted (Im usually asked.) Then when I told her I wanted fifty percent more she snapped at me and said that I would have to pay for it. I knew that. It's common sense. I order from this location every Sunday, sometimes more often. I had to repeat myself several times because she was so distracted with her phone call. I also noticed that she had extremely long fingernails and one of them Was poking out of the glove. When I asked her to hang up on her personal call so she could hear me and concentrate on my order she got extremely rude with me and said she was not hanging up her call and she was refusing me service. She then called me names and continued to literally scream and curse at me until I walked out of the door. This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with this employee. I plan on contacting the better business bureau and letting a lot of people know about being treated this way. There is another location less than a mile away.And I will use that location instead from this point forward.

Workers don't smile.. One kept looking at me but wouldn't wait on me. The one preparing food was going as fast as she could.. But she had no help, and there were several people in line..

Sunday morning around 7:00 a.m. I ordered a meatballs protein bowl with double meat. I only got a single serving and the meatballs were ice cold. When I called and spoke to the lady she said "okay what do you want me to do about it?" I asked to speak to her manager but she said she didn't know when she would be back. When I asked for a refund of the difference she hung up on me. I will be calling the corporate office first thing Monday morning. Me and my coworkers usually come to this location but from now on I'm going to suggest we go to the one on Camellia boulevard. I would like a manager from the store to please contact me.
