Our server, Rik, was attentive and kind. Need had to wait or look for him. The food was spectacular. Nice family oriented eating space, with a good ambiance.

My server Andrea was the best! She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu options. The food was very tasty and fresh.The restaurant was very clean and the all you can eat price is unbeatable for the amount of food given.

The server came to the table a total of 2 times in an hour and 45 minutes. This place used to be my favorite and I will not be coming back

Really let down because this was my Wife and I’s top sushi spot; My Wife and I encountered flying fruit fly looking bugs around our table and I took care of one soon after we sat down and didn’t think twice about it, but two more bugs showed up and we decided to pay and leave calling it a bad/off night but a real let down and as I’m handing the server my card to pay she was surprised at us leaving so soon asking if theres anything wrong and I said there was some fruit flies around the table and since she just brought out a fresh roll of sushi I asked if we can take it to go instead of wasting it and told the server not to worry about anything and upon returning with my receipt, the server says the manager refused to let us take out the roll since it was two orders of all you can eat; My Wife and I always get the all you can eat and have let us take our leftovers to go…I paid in full and tipped the server a little over 20%. No scene or disturbance from my Wife and I and complete understanding and respecting things happen but for the manager to hear our situation and not address it really made us feel like we’re just a money grab and nothing else

Food and service was good.
Just a little upset. Just after getting the main part of the dinner, we received a call that a family member had just passed. Due to the circumstances, we were no longer in the mindset of eating. The prior dishes were great. But emotions/appetites changed after hearing of our loved one passing. We did leave the larger part of the all-items hibachi uneaten.
We were charged a waste fee. I can very much understand this in cases were things were extravagant. But this was one dish. One would have possibly had some sympathy.

And the 30% automatically included gratuity is excessive
