We came here hoping for traditional Cajun food but lunch was a buffet style served to you. I ordered fish so my plate was taken and put on the kitchen serving bar. My coleslaw was served from the buffet table and it was hot - not ok! fish was ok- no Cajun flavor and plain. My tartar sauce was good. Red beans and rich were plain. I wish I would have tried the breakfast.

Went in with 3 teen boys. They aren’t super picky, but none of them liked what they ordered. Not gross, just not very good. One son said the burger tasted like the preformed kind cafeterias sell.

Surprised it was cafeteria style. Fried food was fresh to order. Shrimp, rice dressing and beignets were great. Catfish serving was small, veggies didn't get eaten. Gumbo was ok. Overall a good meal and wonderful server!

This is a staple for every trip we do in Lafayette. Breakfast always. Start our day. A great selection of of breakfast items here. My Go to is creamed spinach and sausage. The Hubby gets the T Coon special. hamburger, onions, cheddar, egg, grits, and biscuit. We love the coffee here. Old School.
