This is a staple for every trip we do in Lafayette. Breakfast always. Start our day. A great selection of of breakfast items here. My Go to is creamed spinach and sausage. The Hubby gets the T Coon special. hamburger, onions, cheddar, egg, grits, and biscuit. We love the coffee here. Old School.

Absolute rip off. If you want to spend $40 on $1.75 worth of food made extremely poorly seasoned badly and have servers burping in your face this is a great place to come! Otherwise save your money. Never have I left a restaurant feeling more taken advantage of then when I walked out of here after eating a tiny bowl of gross food that they charged me an absolute arm and a leg for. I ordered a bowl of grits where everything is supposed to be āhomemadeā with cheese and bacon, it came out a bowl of instant grits with old packaged cheese on top and some sad looking slices of bacon and then they charged me $16 just for that not to mention how everyone else in my table was completely ripped off as well. There was maybe $.75 worth of food in the bowl and it was disgusting. My girlfriend had to sit there with an omelette that looked like it was pulled out of the trash yesterday that was $20 - Do not waste your time or your money going to this restaurant if you can even call it that. Hands-down, the worst food experience of my life. A toddler can make a better breakfast at home, the only reason Iām giving it one star is because there is no option for no stars.

All of the food tasted old or like the kitchen appliances they were cooked on. Service was very odd and all the staff kept staring at us. Weird smells everywhere. Kitchen staff was eating while cooking. Definitely wouldnāt recommend and will not be returning, didnāt bring that āhomeā feeling I see everyone talking aboutš¬.

I got the Tonyās Special. It was absolutely delicious. I am full, very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend you trying this restaurant. Iām so excited about the low carb, paleo and keto dishes he offers. Everyone was so nice and friendly and that made our experience even better. We will definitely come back,
