……..I ordered some nacho fries and yall literally put a DROP of cheese sauce in the cups……and then the burrito is thinner than a piece of paper….like do yall just not employ ppl who want to work. I would imagine that pouring premade cheese sauce into a plastic cup, isn’t that hard.

The intercom speaker to take orders is stupid. It gets the order wrong half the time, repeats itself over and over and makes the whole ordering process so much more difficult. It’s not that hard to take an order, have the employees do it?? That’s what you hired them for.

Worst Taco Bell ever. They always get my order wrong and always have something messed up. And always give an attitude if you call back. I asked for something not to be added to my order and now I’m throwing up my guts because they added it anyways. I hate this Taco Bell

The A.I. thing was confusing but after I was finally able to put my order in they did not give me the 3 soft shell tacos I ordered instead I received 2 hard shell tacos and a random bean burrito. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they gave me a bunch of sauce.

My review is based souly on the fact I can't talk my old drive through random employee anymore on a late night out or quick decision lunch stop. HEY... A.I. is being trained not only for the customer interactions but pretty soon making the food as well, not kidding some restaurants have already made this move. Show why you deserve to keep your jobs guys cause on the horizon will be the longest bread line in history with A.I forcing a lot of customer service, stock/inventory warehouse workers followed by financial experts so yea keep praising A.I....the machines won't have to rise up if we hand it over willingly.

Ordered an extremely simple order a $2.99 order of beef nachos and a large mountain dew, when I got too the window I asked the two black female employees too make my order with no ranch sauce, they took the food back said ok and agreed, told me it was being remade and a couple seconds later handed me a bag with the same food with ranch sauce on it, didn't realize until I got too work with it so I called them and requested a manager and the male on the phone identified as a manager but refused to give me his name as I requested for when I returned for refund I could tell them who authorized it but with no name I'll have to talk to them all over again, HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, EXTREMELY SIMPLE MATTER COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AND WAAY BETTER HANDLED. THOSE SPECIFIC WORKERS ON THAT NIGHT SHIFT OPERATE LIKE IDIOTS AND IM NEVER GOING BACK THAT LOCATION.
