Order off the koski didn't get a physical receipt. Staff gave me my order, and didn't give me a cup for my drink. And just walked away. Had to call out to tell them, and they were acting deaf or confused. I ordered the 90s luxe box meal, which came with a drink, and I also ordered an additional taco. They didn't put it in a box. I'm not sure why. They didn't seem to want to be there. Get rid of them and hire someone else. Fire the manager, too. You can tell there isn't any management there. You can also tell they could careless about the reviews.

If I could give this place negative stars , I would, and a -5 at that. They not only are rude as hell half the time, but they have gotten my order wrong on several occasions and today, forgot a whole 2 tacos. How does this even happen? There were no customers at all and they throw everything in the bag, literally like it’s a basketball game. This location is the WORST location in Louisiana as a whole, and based off of the service I get every time I go here, I’d say they need a complete restaff. Not trying to be a Karen and I rarely ever leave reviews but this one was worth leaving. I hope corporate can fix this location because I’m not the only customer that has wasted money and been disappointed from it.

This is the worse taco bell I ever been to. I had order drive thru and one of the worker in there are so rude. That is how you talk to a customer? Probably doesn't know that customer supposed to come first. She need some training and learn how to respect customer. She ain't the only one that is rude in there. She need to be fired.

The young lady who was working the register at 10pm tonight and her coworkers should be fired. I show up to the drive thru all friendly and ask for a minute. After 30 seconds she says in a disrespectful tone, "you said you needed a minute?" Feeling pressured, I begin to order a box and a burrito. She says they don't have the grilled cheese box. I can barely hear her over the family reunion that is taking place in the background. I hear, "hey, I haven't seen you in so long!" while the lady at the register is mumbling at me. Eventually she mentions another box that is available so I choose that one. It pops up on the screen, normal. Finally, my total goes from $21 to $9. I say, "that's not right, is it?". She says, "yes it is". I say, "I thought that the box was included in the order." She says no, so I figure out what else I can get. The noise on the other end is loud the entire time. It sounds like a party is going on. As I'm thinking for maybe 10-15 seconds, she says loud and mean, "well now you have a line." There was one or two cars behind me that had just pulled up. The whole time I'm shocked by how I'm being treated and I've been there for maybe 3 minutes at the most. Not wanting to fight anymore I told her that I am going to leave. Not only does she start talking about me to her partying coworkers, one of her coworkers yells to the point where my ears hurt, "THAT'S GOOD!" (meaning she was glad that I was leaving). As I'm driving off I realize that the box combos were most likely available the entire time and no one wanted to cook them. Everything showed up on the screen as it should. This taco bell always gets something wrong, and on 4/21/24, I can say confidently that the problem lies with the employees and whatever manager was on the floor tonight.

The worst taco bell I’ve been to. I went through the drive way and ordered a chicken burrito, cheese quesadilla, an ld bean burrito. First off, my total came up to $19.48 but they rounded it off without even asking me and charged $20 on my card. Next, they didn’t even get my order right. They sis charge me for the burritos but I never got a burrito. Even the quesadilla smelled funny.Be aware of what you get charged on this place and definitely check if you are missing anything in your order.

I never understood why anyone in their right mind will base their entire fast food experience at a fast food place on one visit. Let me tell you folks, any fast food connoisseur knows it takes a multitude of visits to get a feel for a fast food joint. Even the best fast food places will mess up your order 10-20% of the time. The most important quality of a fast food place is CONSISTENCY. And this place is consistent. My gf orders crazy custom food, and they get it right 80% of the time. Now that's the mark of a good fast food place.Never trust a review that's a one and done visit. Take it from someone who eats out frequently. Y'all know how it is. Even the time of day and the crew working matters. Could be good at night and trash in the morning.This specific Taco Bell, at least late in the evening, has a pass from me ?
