I never understood why anyone in their right mind will base their entire fast food experience at a fast food place on one visit. Let me tell you folks, any fast food connoisseur knows it takes a multitude of visits to get a feel for a fast food joint. Even the best fast food places will mess up your order 10-20% of the time. The most important quality of a fast food place is CONSISTENCY. And this place is consistent. My gf orders crazy custom food, and they get it right 80% of the time. Now that's the mark of a good fast food place.Never trust a review that's a one and done visit. Take it from someone who eats out frequently. Y'all know how it is. Even the time of day and the crew working matters. Could be good at night and trash in the morning.This specific Taco Bell, at least late in the evening, has a pass from me ?
Please changed the time online, if the business will be closed at 2:49AM but advertising that it’s open until 4AM. Left me waiting at the speaker at least 10 mins before saying we are closed.

This place was pretty disappointing. I won't be back. Dirty store, no staff.
Absolutely terrible. My dad went get food and when we were eating my dad had sour cream in his food after he asks countless of times not to put it, instead of getting guacamole like we ordered, we got an avocado clump, the meat was still pink in my quesadilla and there was also a HAIR in my quesadilla. I am very unsatisfied. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD!

My daughter and I went through the drive-through for three freeze drinks but we were unaware it was 10 minutes before happy hours so when the lady told us the price my daughter said oh never mind, you can cancel it. It wasn’t any trouble for them. They had not made the drinks yet bc we had literally just ordered them.We then went back into the drive-through about 15 minutes later to get the drinks for happy hour, the lady at the window was very rude to my daughter. My daughter was very polite and said thank you and yes ma’am and no ma’am but the lady never even acknowledged she was being spoken to. She was very unprofessional and downright nasty. We will NEVER go back to that location.

I got this place twice in less than 24hrs because hey pregnancy cravings yanno? The first time I went they had no large cups which I ordered in app and paid the extra 20 cents for a large drink. I said ok whatever it's 20 cents and accepted the medium drink. I get home and the nachos that go with my box aren't even in the bag. I don't live close by so I didn't call or head back. The second time was at 2am after work because they're right by work. I checked my bag that time and sure enough the orders of cinnamon twists I paid for weren't there. The girl at the window looked completely unamused that I checked before driving off and asked for the rest of my food. We need more locations to stay open later so that there's options.

this taco bell use to be so good!!! i came monday at 12 and waited for 30 minutes to not be not served!!!!!!!! i went to the window and no one is there!!!! what are y’all getting paid for? to just stand and mess around?
