The service was quick, the food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh. The staff handled the rush without missing a beat, and the order was accurate down to the last detail. The place was clean, the prices were fair, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for when grabbing fast food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Food was good, the 5 layer burrito was a bit small but on point! The chips tasted just like cinnamon twists which threw the whole thing off.. and I mean it tasted exactly like cinnamon twists, i don’t know if they cooked the chips in the same oil after the twist or what happened but I have to give 3 stars here for food for that, I’ve never experienced this at any other location

Trash, went last night 10/3, drive thru lady rude as can be. They were using 2 liters to dill drink orders. Disorganized, crappy service. If I wanted a 2 liter soda id have gone to the store myself

This Taco Bell is hit or miss on food portions. Sometimes I get P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N and sometimes no meat. I love it when it is Perfect and hate it when all I get is a cracker.

My husband just did a dash from there and the bag was so soggy once we got to the customer. The bottom of the bag ripped and their food fell out. Please do better for your customers. This can cost dashers tips, their ratings to go down, and also be incredibly bad for your business.
I come here often; people are normally very nice. Whoever is working drive up today, Feb. 25, 10:40 PM needs training badly. This has got to be one of the rudest employees of any fast food I’ve ever experienced. I haven’t seen him here before; I hope not to see him again.

I ordered through taco bells app for delivery. I never received my order. I went to the app to problem solve. There is no way for you to talk to a live human that can help you. I called the location that I ordered from. Their employees say they don't even deliver through the app which is incorrect.
I am overwhelming me upset by the lack of customer service and problem solving from the corporate side of things and the restaurant side of things.
How can your staff be so wildly under trained that they don't even know that there is delivery through the taco bell app.
