I come here often; people are normally very nice. Whoever is working drive up today, Feb. 25, 10:40 PM needs training badly. This has got to be one of the rudest employees of any fast food I’ve ever experienced. I haven’t seen him here before; I hope not to see him again.

I ordered through taco bells app for delivery. I never received my order. I went to the app to problem solve. There is no way for you to talk to a live human that can help you. I called the location that I ordered from. Their employees say they don't even deliver through the app which is incorrect.

I am overwhelming me upset by the lack of customer service and problem solving from the corporate side of things and the restaurant side of things.

How can your staff be so wildly under trained that they don't even know that there is delivery through the taco bell app.

I had it DoorDash'd to my house, which is a service I use often for various restaurants. I never have an issue with my order from Taco Bell, but always have some sort of issue when ordering from other fast food places.

Wow! So my husband went in to place a group order. He was told to do it online. We tried twice kept saying there was an issue . So he went back in and explained and they said there was nothing they could do. He asked for General Managers number and they said unable to give it out which we understand however they wouldn't call. Very every rude and unhelpful!

The food is good when you can sit and eat while it is hot'&you don't have to go back to fix your order'maybe if certain ones would not be as high as the menu above my head they can hear what you are asking for or read the order correctly'but at least that cranky lady was not there or don't work there anymore'bring that guy back to the front'at least he can can handle the customers ®ister no matter how buzz he is!

What the hell is this ? I’m not the one to leave reviews but come on…. We raise the prices on things and get less ? This is ridiculous. I have no idea if this is beef meat or slop.

Wow - taco prices have really gone up - Taco Bell is now priced out of my quick food options.I spent $18 on a chalupa meal ($1.80 of that was to upgrade the regular taco to a loco taco supreme) that barely had any meat.I could have gone into a restaurant for basically the same thing and have gotten free chips and salsa.Service is always amazing at this location, it is not the workers' fault the prices are so inflated but I will not chose Taco Bell anymore.
