I was traveling back to New Orleans and made the mistake of stopping at Taco Bell for a quick snack. Big regret. The taco was absolutely disgusting—soggy shell, bland meat, and a weird aftertaste I can’t even describe. I don’t know what that was, but it wasn’t food. Never again.

Food wasn’t awful, but they had a AI bot to take our order the robot messed up our order. It didn’t get it correctly, and it added a bunch of stuff that we did not order. it was very aggravating and did not listen or understand what we were ordering. Would’ve been much better to talk to a real person.
Prices are way higher than used to be in past, which made this place the place to eat in the past but now not so much any longer. Menu and quality remain competitive among markets but price and speed have reluctantly became lesser than.

Ordered 4 Dorito loco tacos , Told them multiple times no lettuce or tomato, they still added it. All my tacos were soggy at the bottom and all broken, small amount of beef in it, didn’t even fill the taco up all the way, what a waste of $22! Also the AI robot at the drive thru doesn’t correctly take orders! They need to stop being lazy and take orders from head set ! Been thru this multiple times at this Taco Bell!
