I went to drive thru at 8:50pm. I ordered Nachos Grande. 5 minutes tops to my house. MY FOOD WAS COLD NOT EVEN ROOM TEMPERATURE. I tried calling but your fax keeps coming on? I can't get through.. previously last week at drive through ordered Mexican pizza and got the Nachos Grande. Please watch your drive thru guys and retrain them if possible

They only service you at the drive thru at their convenience. I just went to the drive thru (at 1:30) BEFORE their closing hours (2am) and a staff member did NOT answer the screen, so we pulled up to the window and he made DIRECT eye contact with me and still ignored us after we honked after 5+ minutes we finally left. Either update your hour, or get it together please. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable for a business to get comfortable doing this. Will be reporting this because this is not the first time this has happened

Went through the drive-thru and the bag started tearing as it was handed to me but he saved it from falling on the ground by smashing it against the wall. Then said "I almost lost it" and continued to hand me the ripped bag with smashed tacos. I had to ask if he can put it in a new bag at least. Oh yeah and forgot my drinks. So even more pissed I had to turn around and go back.I renamed this place TACO HELL
This Taco Bell is open when it wants to be open. The attitude is terrible and they are out of cups and burritos and at least one thing every time we go. It used to be a Friday night ritual but now we have to go across town if we want a decent Taco Bell experience. The management here could care less.

I noticed 1 review where the owner actually commented & said they're "on it"..... LMAO!!! there is NO evidence that they are "on it"..... spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
