I don't know how good the day shift is here, but the night shift at this taco bell is disaster. I've been risking a visit every month or so for a year now just to see if they've hired new people. No luck. Each visit (regardless of which night you go) is a prolonged series of weird interactions leading toward inevitable, frustration and disapointment. When you go to order I can almost guarantee it will be the same guy, who has to be a metod actor preparing for a role as Zach Galifianakis. If he's in a good mood, the order goes down like a bad Monty Python sketch and you get the lamest taco bell Food you will ever see. (The order will likely be wrong as well.) If not, he just says they're out of everything and basically tells you to go away.Part of me is impressed by how uniquely terrible the service is here and how well this horrendous level of service has stood the test of time. It takes serious creativity to get so much wrong in so many different ways, month after month, while ensuring that every customer leaves with an identical sense of regret.Eat here if you want, but be sure you have plenty of time to kill and do so at your own risk. I can't imagine what their priorities are at this place, but cleanliness can't possibly be in the top ten.Parking: There's plenty of parking. Everyone who shows up wants to leave as fast as they can.Kid-friendliness: I don't have a kid, but based off my experience as an adult, I'm sure children would also find the late night service as uncomfortable, frustrating and offputting as I do. It is impressively consistent and unpleasant.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure I could get a wheelchair in the building easily but I would never inflict that experience on a disabled person.

The worst online order I've ever gotten from them was last night, my granddaughter could have made better tacos and she's 2. Also looked as if they were dropped on the floor. Hardly any cheese in the cup and chips were stale, but hey the Pepsi was good.

This location is probably the best-run Taco Bell in town. Pinhook at Kaliste Saloom is well-run too. I was, however, slightly disappointed in their wine selection..
