Ordered on the app at 9:00AM. Made it to the restaurant at 9:08AM. Waited at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes. The Google info and website say they open at 9AM. The restaurant doesn't open the doors until 10AM. I saw three cars at front, so people were there. I've order at this restaurant around 9AM before and gotten my order with little issue. However this occurrence has happened before and I'm sick of the inconsistency. This is the day after Mardi Gras, so the employees probably went out partying and pretend like I wasn't there because of their hangover. Food quality is already subpar here and I've had better at other locations within the area. Going to cut my loses and just not go to this one any longer. Kaliste Saloom and other locations are just more worth going out of the way for at this point. Avoid this one if you can.

The lady managing the drive thru at night was super disrespectful to us and the person behind us when we got our food that costed 60! Dollars it DIDINT even have half of what we ordered and we were hungry after the parade and when I called them they hung up! Extremely

Dear Lord! Absolutely unbelievable! The staff was extremely rude! Sitting on the phone meanwhile everything is out from napkins, soda, hot sauce absolutely nothing being done at all! I thought it was some kind of joke it was the worst customer experience I've had in a long time! Need to clean house asap or just shut it down.

Worst Taco bell I've been too. I do part time gig delivery. Everytime i go to that location the worker are standing around talking. Order are always missing somethingWhen i try to ask for assistance. They act like that can't hear me. And act like I'm bothering them. FIRE THEM ALL.
