Well it appears they are understaffed! But what Im Assuming is corporate has applied these POS systems to eliminate staff and lower spending on their end. The over all experience wasn't that bad, they only had three ppl total and the line was long even though they do not have to directly take a customers order in the dinning area it's still overwhelming to have to handle everything! If you've never worked in this type of settings you wouldn't understand! I do infact and honestly they did a great job keeping up!!! They all three need A raise and shame on corporate for their failed attempts to save a dollar! Staff were nice store was clean and it took awhile for the food but with me and my understanding that was ok I get it!!! Hats off to the night crew they did great job considering

I wish they wouldn't serve out old shells for mexican pizzas. This is the 3rd time I get that. Makes you wonder about the rotation & shelf life of the foodđ€ The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because I paid over $10 for a meal that I had to throw in the trash. Time for me to just start bringing my lunch to work again.

Place was slightly hard to find. Staff and food was perfectly fine. Was my first time trying taco bell and I was positively surprised. The options on the digital menu to modify the orders were great. I tried the Crunchwrap supreme and it was tasty.

Ordered $47 worth of food. The order was missing multiple tacos and crunchwraps when they first gave it to me. When I got home, the nacho bell grandes were missing vegetables and sour cream, and had very little meat and beans on them. All the taco shells were stale, so the crunchwraps weren't any good either, as a result. Not pleased with the service at this location.
Very unprofessional. Did an order through the app If I customize a taco the way I want it then I expect it to be made correctly. Thanks for the service anyways.

Worst Taco Bell to ever exist. If you donât want to work or like your job you shouldnât be there. They literally have a screen in the front of them and still manage to get the food wrong. Like what the hell no sense made. 2 times of getting my order wrong and this is how they make the last one. I will for sure dispute this.

Why even have a freeze machine of it âisnât workingâ the majority of the time. Ik yâall just be too lazy to clean it or reset it. I worked with icee machines before and the process canât be too different. If those machines donât work itâs because the ppl in the establishment are too lazy to fix it
