Our first visit- waitress was very slow, did not listen well to our order, never brought the beer we ordered. The chicken hibachi was very nasty- bland, no seasoning. The fried rice was just that rice 🍚 and onions. No flavor. The chicken came in one bowl, the rice in another and the vegetables in another. Three bowls for an entree. We used to have phenomenal experiences at Nhi prior to 2021. Ever since, we’ve had issues Every. Single. Visit. We decided to come in and give them another try after two years away. We were seated immediately, but after sitting at our table 20+ minutes with not even a greeting, we decided we were officially done with Nhi. Terrible service went in today my wife and I wanted to have a day date. Took 10 minutes for someone to take our drink orders place was dead by the way at 1pm on Saturday. We ordered some drinks and a soup and salad 25 minutes later we still have no drinks our little blonde waitress can’t be anywhere to be found. We got up and left the hostess didn’t even say anything just let us leave. I’ve had great food here but unfortunately I’ll never be back due to the poor service.
