While I haven't really did a night of heavy drinking at the Bulldog since college, it's still a good time there. But, things have changed. With the new owners, they're really pushing some fantastic crawfish, along with other great food. My friends and I tend to go get crawfish every week or two during the season. It's some of the best in town. And the best part, it's spicy! Too many local places don't make it spicy enough, even if you order it extra...
This was my first time here, and the Crawfish was perfect! I got the regular, and it was pretty spicy. They were huge and a very good price. I went on a Sunday, so it was $11.99 and came with two potatoes and a corn. Oh, and I think it was happy hour because their draft beer was two for one!!! The staff was very nice and courteous. Someone stopped by my table and asked how my crawfish was, and I thought that was awesome! I will be back.
The crawfish were perfectly seasoned. They were of mid to large size. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. They offer outdoor seating if you don't want to be inside.
