Freakin’ unbelievable. Crab cakes smothered with crawfish étouffée, Pirogue Party shrimp Po-boy (covered in Maw’s crawfish étouffée). Better be hungry because these ol’ boys don’t play!! And I love to eat but almost couldn’t clean my plates.
We just happened to come up on this restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised.. from the waitress to the food, it was a wonderful experience. We got there about 5:30 from the Mercedes Benz dealership and decided to eat before leaving lafayette. We ordered hamburgers, etc. The meat was cooked to perfection, not dried out, moist, seasoned perfectly.. the bread was lightly toasted and the drinks were cold, REAL tea, and sweet!! Next time I'm in Lafayette, guess where...
I have to say , when I came across this place googling places to eat in Lafayette, this was one of the places that came up. The food was great. We had the fish with smothered etoufee and the crawfish. We were very satisfied with the food and service.
