Unprofessional - I paid for a cake in full (a little over $1,000). Due to unforeseen circumstances the event was canceled 2 1/2 months before. I informed the owner the event was canceled and now she refuses to refund the money. The agreement states a refund is given if the owner is informed of the cancellation.
