First time dining in! Friendly staff, had an amazing lunch. Food was very delicious. Had the shrimp poboy (sorry I forgot the exact name of it) and the onion rings. The onion rings were seasoned to perfection. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable, next time I’ll try the patio! Serving sizes are perfect 👌🏼 I left full and satisfied! I can’t wait to go back. I basically found me a new spot!

Gabe (Gabby) was the absolute highlight of this visit. Gabe will be one of the only reasons we come back; unfortunately, the rest of the staff was not only rude, but rather dismissive. He was beyond helpful, seemingly running the restaurant by they/themselves. Absolute gem of a worker and very personable. Food was decent but everyone knows, downtown is about the atmosphere; will return if Gabby is working. EDIT: Desiree was desperately flirting with fellow coworkers to actually engage with customers, even more so, pushing away customers to continue talking with other coworkers. Absolutely disgraceful. She may need retraining.

Came in for a drink and a quick bite and the miserable person working behind the bar sent us to the counter, the counter person sent us to the bar to be fair with tipping, and then the miserable bar lady reprimanded the counter guy (who was very helpful by the way) about sending us back to the bar. Gabby (Gabe) was nothing less than an amazing host.
Editing to say the whole stay she ignored us and was more concerned with flirting with the worker and GABBY WAS AMAZING. He came away from the counter to assist us and serve us.

The Flats had great hospitality and both the waiter and bartender were so nice and helpful. The bartender gave me sample size margaritas to help me decide which one I liked. The classic margarita was amazing. The chicken sandwich was absolutely divine. The honey mustard tied everything together. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and calm. 10 out of 10 recommend whenever you are in town.
