First time trying, food was good but service was SLOW and Blake did not seem happy to be there. I feel as if he racial profiled. We did not get any refills, had to ask several times and remind him of our food. Other tables were being serviced quickly while we had to wait over an hour to have our food order taken. Would not recommend.
Amazing restaurant! We eat here once a week and love it!

The food here is always top notch. Delicious. Scrumptious. Fabulous. The truffle fries are to die for. The Cajun Benedict (mygo to every time) is definitely something to try as it is like 100 tiny h**kers dancing on your tongue good. The service is always on point. I remember PJ at the downtown location always giving excellent service. Both locations have a wonderful vive. Do not miss Justin's creations AAAAA++++++

If you're in Lafayette Louisiana and want a great experience of Louisiana hospitality, you must try The French Press on Ambassador Caffery. I normally arrive shortly after they open at 7:00 am. The Community Coffee is hot and delicious. The breakfast is spectacular. I'm budget conscious so I frequently order off the A La' Carte menu. It's so much better and a more cost effective option than other breakfast restaurants.

I had lunch at the Ambassador Caffery location Friday September 27th. We were very pleased with the food, service and atmosphere. I had the crab cake Benedict and my dad had the grits and grillads. We will be back.
Parking: Handicap parking is in the back of restaurant. This is too far for my father to walk. He found a spot in front on the side. If was a little difficult because he has a long truck and the parking is at an angle. It worked out fine. He just had difficulty getting in the lines.

I had the pleasure of dining here for a birthday celebration. The aesthetic and atmosphere is definitely a vibe. I ordered 4 rounds of The Grand Mimosa that's mixed with Grand Marnier ???. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich but inside a wrap with a side of potatoes 10/10. Also, I just wished they had a bigger building that accommodate large tables like we had and also more servers .

Was my favorite place to eat and an absolute treat, up until a week ago. I wasn't allowed to place an order over the phone, i got there and waited about 20 minutes for my food, at the bar which made no sense. I had to wait either way, i would've preferred picking up for my then to be sitting idle and uncomfortable at the bar. I over heard servers saying another customer said they wouldn't feed food from here to their dying pet. After spending approximately $27.00 in food, I got home to notice my salad was missing eggs and avocado. My wedge also didn't have any wedge, just leaf lettuce. The most disappointing was the gumbo that was just brown slime, no meet at all. It was like the bottom of the pot literally except in this case i was charged full price for chicken and sausage gumbo that had no chicken or sausage AT ALL!! I literally poured it down the drain, just liquid. It took two phone calls and almost a week for the manager to call me back about my issue. I will never ever ever set foot in this place. I was offered a gift card but took a refund instead, the experience, food, etc was too much to bear again.

Just left for breakfast. I ordered my self and my husband the chicken and waffles. The waffle has the option of cheese on top and the chicken comes I guess tossed in a jelly. We opted to not have cheese on our waffle (cause why?).. and left the jelly on the chicken…. Good thing we did. The jelly the only things that had any taste. The chicken was breaded like regular Tyson chicken strips with absolutely NO flavor. The waffle was you standard hotel waffle.
The beignets were tasty. I had water and pineapple juice… my husband tried to get sweet tea, then root beer which was only fizz. I’ll m just realizing they charged me for his drink that he never got to drink. $61 and I’m highly dissatisfied.
