Constantly following me around the store and telling your employees to “Watch her” while pointing to me like I did something wrong. My husband was willing to pay your expensive prices but once he found out how you treated me, he walked out too. I don’t know what made you think I wanted to shoplift cause there is nothing in that store that I want that bad. Your store lacked organization and knowledgeable employees.

Store needs better organization….items are too congested & cluttered. Went in to look at cutting boards and when I took one down to look at it and went to put it back, it pushed against something on the other side and fell and broke whatever it was on another aisle. The store manager/owner looked annoyed when that happened. That was a huge deterrent, and I won’t be visiting again.

Bad customer service the girls working there are just so not attentive at all will look at you like you have four heads if you ask for assistance. Rudely asked if I was ready to check out while I waited for them to finish chatting and acknowledge me. Wish I could name the horrible rude clerk. Shame on you.

I went in to order lunch and was browsing the store while waiting. I knocked over a coffee mug and brought it to the counter with the intention of paying something for it. They took 10% off of an already overpriced product. 3 whole dollars! I paid $23 for an unusable mug. Maybe decluttering the overstuffed store would allow a larger discount when someone unfortunately breaks an item. Won’t shop here again.

One of the great lunch locations anywhere. The menu is changed every week, and the chefs are amazing.

You have a front row seat around the giant kitchen area. You see your meals prepare right in front you every time.

The wine is selected just for the meals. From appetizers to entree, dessert and coffee… it is terrific.

The store has one of the best selections of great cookware of any place shopped.

For great dining anc great shopping, this is the place.

The best little kitchen store in Lafayette, with a fabulous weekday lunch option. If you need anything cooking or serving related check them out and shop local!

Love this place

Attempting to support local small businesses led me to Kitchenary, but the consistent rudeness from staff has made every visit regrettable. Despite product quality and variety, the unwelcoming atmosphere created by disrespectful attitudes overshadows the great selection of products. Moreover, with a convoluted return process offering only store credits, I'd rather take my business online and no longer support a place that values its customers so poorly. The charm of supporting local businesses fades when met with such consistent rudeness.

Great place for absolutely all your kitchen needs. If you’re gift shopping, you can always find something here. Very well organized and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Quite place to eat and what I had would go back

The shop is quite expensive. The products they sell are top notch, hence the higher price. Worker was super nice and let me shop w/o suggestions, which is what I like.

I always forget about this place, but the lunch there is phenomenal. The actual store has a great selection of high-end things for the kitchen.
