Attempting to support local small businesses led me to Kitchenary, but the consistent rudeness from staff has made every visit regrettable. Despite product quality and variety, the unwelcoming atmosphere created by disrespectful attitudes overshadows the great selection of products.Moreover, with a convoluted return process offering only store credits, I'd rather take my business online and no longer support a place that values its customers so poorly. The charm of supporting local businesses fades when met with such consistent rudeness.

The shop is quite expensive. The products they sell are top notch, hence the higher price. Worker was super nice and let me shop w/o suggestions, which is what I like.

Exceptional content in the store. Provides a huge selection of great kitchen equipment and tools. I could definitely spend hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars there. That being said, the staff was not attentive. I spent over an hour in the shop with an intent to spend, and not one peep from the staff. Ended up buying my wishlist from Amazon instead. Need to wait 2 days, but satisfaction is much higher.
