If I could give the food zero stars, I would. I ordered strawberry peach cobbler to go and there was one piece of fruit in the whole cup. Unacceptable. The ice cream was good. The young person who took our order was nice, store was clean. But for 8$, I could make a cobbler at home.

Staff are good at their jobs and kind.Dietary restrictions: They listen to exactly what I needed them to do.And they were nice about my request.Kid-friendliness: The place is just wonderful for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: No big hop up on the cement there is a nice way to get into the building.
I’m new to Lafayette and this is my first time having something from the Peach Cobbler Factory. Maybe that was my problem I didn’t order Peach Cobbler but rather Blackberry Cobbler. But the only difference should be the fruit part and the crust part should be the same.The fruit could have been sweeter or a different sweet. I don’t like overly sweet but something was missing in the fruit. The crust, in my opinion, should be the best part of any pie or cobbler; this crust wasn’t, not flakey and crunchy like it should be. Instead it was mushy and muddled. I believe the problem is trying to give us more of the crust than necessary. I would have been happier with a small square of crust on the top that was perfect rather than a whole lot that was not.We’re in the land of Blue Bell Ice Cream and nothing less than their Homemade Vanilla should have been served with the cobbler, and it clearly was not.Unfortunately, I wasted $10 and it will be thrown away. Will I try again? Maybe but I will try something else, it won’t be the cobbler or the ice cream.

The customer service was terrible and the person who answered the phone could not care less. We ordered the flight box and it only came with four condiment size containers. Do Not Recommend. Go somewhere else!

This Is a ZERO…. We ordered the flight of cobbler and had it delivered this evening! It was 22 dollars and each cup was the size of a condiment plastic container. The picture on Uber eats and Door dash is NOT what will be delivered! false advertising. all four were not even the size of one in the ad. Upon calling the store to make a complaint the manager on duty told us that he was unable to do anything about it they were a franchise. He was smug and condescending tell me to have a nice night When I asked if they could make this right. He told me to leave a review…. NEVER AGAIN AND BEWARE TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER!!!

I visited a few days ago and am still recommending to friends and family. The place is adorable and the staff was super friendly. They made my order fresh and it only took about 7 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had the cinnamon praline cobbler. This is just MY opinion. If the pecans had the roasted taste and the top crust was more crusted and peaches were just a tad bit sweeter. I would have been sold, indeed. Don’t get me wrong the cobbler was good, but it wasn’t great. However, the peanut butter praline cookie was REALLY good.

For the most part, I enjoyed what I received from this place. I ordered the blackberry and peach cobbler (perfect balance between sweet and acid). I also ordered the snickerdoodle cookie and think it is hands-down the best snickerdoodle I've ever had. My husband, on the other hand, ordered the maple cinnamon roll and found it to be too dense and slightly on the stale side. I would absolutely come back and order the first two things but would skip the cinnamon roll.Great customer service as well! The person behind the register last night was really friendly and helpful.
