A rare gem for Lafayette. Drinks were phenomenal, service was fantastic, and the atmosphere is really neat. I'll definitely be back.

The aesthetics were immaculate.

However, it was so loud that my Fiancé and I couldn’t have a conversation. It was peak time on a Friday night, but otherwise I would certainly go back when it was quiet. I did not eat, but the prices were pretty high for drinks.

My husband and I came out here for our first date of the summer. We at first went to another local bar and started to dig online on where else to go. We found this and thought it looked interesting. Decided to go and have a drink to check it out. Ended up staying for 4 hours and had THE BEST TIME.The atmosphere was impeccable and swanky. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The drinks are AMAZING. Our favorite was the clarified strawberry Pina Colada. And our favorite food there was the burrata. The place was VERY pricey but it it a great SPECIAL date place. We will go back for sure!!!!

Obsessed with the interior. The staff is well trained and very knowledgeable! Haven’t had a cocktail at Palmyre that I didn’t love!

Service was terrible. The drinks are watered down and overpriced.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was so perfect! Staff was super helpful, food was great, drinks were also great, and the venue speaks for itself! Highly recommend for your special event

Let me just start off with we got there all was good it was our first time there . Waited patiently for a bartender to take our order and two regulars come push us out the way to try and get in first long story short they took their side and refused us service. Will never go back again!!!!

Horrible experience at this establishment. The first bartender to wait on me with light blue jacket was great. Ordered wine, paid for wine no problem. I did not want a tab and wanted to pay cash which seems to be a problem for this establishment. Order a second glass of wine with tan jacket bartender which he seemed to be head bartender. Paid him with a $20 dollar bill and he doesn’t give me any change. He proceeds to wait on other more important guest I assume. Then I ask him was my crappy wine $20 ? He replies didn’t I give you back your change and makes me to feel like I was being a jerk for asking for my change. If he would have finished his transaction with me none of the bs would have taken place. I will not waste my money or time at this pretentious establishment. There are to many wonderful well managed establishments throughout acadiana to go here.

My first time going to Palmyre was last night and it was an amazing atmosphere. Our server, Mallory was great with service and brought our drinks out in a timely manner. She also recommended drinks to our group. The Key Lime shot and martini is a must!

If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, Palmyre Lafayette’s "Lessons in Libations" is an absolute must! We recently attended and were blown away by how thoughtfully curated every aspect was. Ray Ward truly went above and beyond in crafting the most creative and delicious cocktails, perfectly paired with each course.

Phase #1 kicked off with a Shrimp Cocktail paired with the Coup De Grace cocktail. The vodka was distilled with honey goat cheese, which was a super creative twist and hands-down my favorite drink of the night! Phase #2 followed with a Fried Halloumi & Arugula Salad, paired with a Strega Sour cocktail – the salad was my favorite dish, and the balance between the food and drink was just spot-on.

For Phase #3, we had burnt end bao buns paired with a vibrant yellow cocktail featuring yellow chartreuse, another delightful pairing. We finished with Phase #4 – frozen yogurt with roasted peaches, paired with the sweet and summery Peaches & Dream cocktail. Every bite and sip was perfection!

Our server was also incredible – attentive, friendly, and made us feel like absolute celebrities the entire evening. A special thank you to Palmyre for offering this experience at the Dreams Come True of Louisiana - Kids on the Katwalk event, which is a cause very dear to my heart. This event was so much more than a dinner – it was an experience we’ll never forget!

This may be the best craft cocktail experience in Lafayette. The libations here are nothing short of perfection with a bartending staff that appears to be able to work literal magic. This place is a must try. Shout out to bartender Luke for the amazing service and phenomenal drinks.
