Total scam!I booked a party package with 2 bays . I thought I was going to receive a $100 food & beverage credit with the party package. Before I could even confirm this with our server, the party host pulled me aside & explained that the wording on the site is incorrect & that it needs to be rewritten. Guest who purchase a package need to spend at least $100 in food & beverage or it will be charged to the card on file. It’s a scam. I will NEVER EVER book another event at TopGolf. There were other issues with the “contract” that weren’t quite clear. Read the fine print. When it says remaining balance due once you reserve that package, Guarantee you will be charged that additional amount. Call to book, don’t book online! Talk to an actual person so you can ask questions.

This is only the second time we have visited the Lafayette location and were really impressed by the level of service! Front desk personnel were professional and joyful. Bartender was on point and made sure to get our order as soon as we sat at the bar. No waiting! When we got to our bay, we were greeted by Mia D (Bob) who made sure our glasses were never empty and answered any questions we had on the game itself.. Very impressed and we will be back!!

The manager Cameron and our bay host James was awesome. This was our first time attending and it was well worth it. We will definitely be planning another event. They also had a birthday sign setup at our station. Everything was definitely a 10/10 #lafayettelocation

I used to really enjoy Topgolf, but after my last two visits, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
The first time, our server was hard to find. It was very hot, and we had no water. He spent most of the time joking around with other workers. I get that sometimes you need to make work fun, but not when customers are being ignored.
When I came back and saw we had the same server, I gave him another chance. His service was a little better, but his attitude still wasn’t great.
Everything was okay until we tried to use a gift card at the end. There was also mix-up on the check, which I understand—but the way he handled it wasn’t good. He didn’t explain what happened, and his attitude changed.
We had to ask someone else, Jen-Jen (I think that was her name), to help. She was great and fixed the issue fast. That’s when our server suddenly showed up, asking what was wrong. It felt like he was annoyed we asked someone else.
I usually tip 18–20%, but not this time. I didn’t appreciate the way he treated us and how he handled it.
Not to mention he was playing golf in the next bay while serving us!

Really fun to go golfing, but food isn't that good especially for the price, we only order it for convenience. the only thing saving the food is the fun drinks.

Really enjoyed my time at Topgolf. The manager Chris gave me some pointers on my swing that really helped. My cocktails were perfect. The pepperoni flat bread was great with the curly pepp. And of course our server Mea (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was an absolute gem and provided us with heat service. Will be back soon.
Came for father’s day, had a great time! Calvin’s a lovely host and the games were fun.

Service terrible…food terrible…we waited almost 45 minutes to order and it took another 1 hour for food to come out only for the order to be wrong. Mind you only 40 ppl were present at this facility.

YUCK! Y'ALL OH MY GOD!! I have never been so disappointed and frustrated by a place like this. First we were charged all sorts of additional fees that they could not explain when we were adding players that already have accounts. Like come on. Next she took all 15 of our orders without writing anything down and got everything screwed up. Whenever we tried to fix our order and get our missing food she was no where to be found along with any other employee there. We ended up finding our waitress thirty minutes later sitting and chatting with a group of people a few bays down... Y'all when I say it took TWO hours to get one rootbeer and one coke refilled I'm not kidding, and that was after asking multiple people multiple times. The manager who was stepping in at this point had a major attitude and she wasn't doing anything to help. Then the money... We needed change from two $100 bills and we waited fifteen minutes before we had to ask where our change was and it took another fifteen minutes for them to actually bring it. I'm convinced they were hoping to get away with stealing our money. Side note, they need to work on their personal hygiene... especially when they are handling your food and drinks. Y'all don't even want to know what she had goin on up in that mouth.
