So I am a regular at this location. Two of the sweetest young ladies that work here everyday found out they no longer work there. I never saw these ladies do anything wrong. The problem I see daily when I’m in the cafe is the manager. They are very rude to customers, employees ask for help on something and they degraded their employees in front of customers. I have seen one of the managers after I left a ten dollar tip for one of these girls take it out the tip jar and put in pocket. So sad this store will go down without these girls here. I hope that upper management sees this and fixes this problem. In today’s world we need people to work. Really curious on why these girls no longer work there and management really needs to open their eyes!

Finally! A healthy fast food drive thru in Lafayette! My 15 year old son turned me on to this place, so that should speak volumes about how the food tastes. The flatbread sandwiches are freshly made. Smoothies are made with no added sugar and are delish. The real deal folks.

They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times in the last few months. Missing a smoothie from a meal and then trying to charge me full price for a smoothie that was supposed to be discounted in the meal. Also, Smokey grilled cheese was not toasted, it still had solid cold cheese- not once but twice in two weeks. I just order and the same happened again! However, this time they didn’t even put the tomato sauce it was just plain Dry bread, a little bit of cheese and cold bacon. I will officially be done with this location.

This is one of my son's favorite places to eat. They have a great menu that is tasty and healthy. He is enrolled in the app and rewards program. He used his points to get a free smoothie and purchased a sandwich as well.

I went to the drive-thru and order myself a strawberry-banana smoothie. Staff at the window was friendly and helpful since it was my first time trying a smoothie..i will go back over there with my grandkids.

Place an order for delivery and never received it. I called them and told them to redeliver but did not get the order. I made the calls to get reimburse and the girl from tropical smoothie gave me door dash number I called them and they called tropical smoothie and they called me back and I gave the details. Then The girl from tropical smoothie called me back mad at me asking me with a tone why I called tropical smoothie and not door dash like she told me to do . I was mad the way she talk to me so I told her not to put me in the middle . Is not my fault I did not get the order and that I just wanted my money back and hang up!!Bad service, ugly attitude and they need to train the people that work there better
