The smoothie was ok and a nice size. Just find it tacky to ask for a tip in the drive thru. I know it’s how the machines are set up but you have the ability to set it up so it doesn’t do that. Just don’t see that often and it makes me think twice before coming back.
It’s the third time we go and get the same order. They always get my girlfriends order wrong. We try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s really annoying. What’s the purpose of the drive thru if we have to get down to get things fixed. I have noticed it’s younger kids working, there should be someone more experience to train them and get things right. Last time going there.
