We ordered a pretty basic cake to decorate our self get it home and out the box and it was a mess they positioned the cake in the box to not show the lean when picking up. We open the box and this thing slopes to one side is not positioned center and icing is a mess if we had known this is what we would get I could have just made this cake myself totally not worth what we paid.

Came to get a few things, grabbed what I needed until I came to get a phone glass cover, which is locked in a glass case. I waited, watched the guy help two customers, went to lay away asked the ladies there for help.. 10 min later I see the guy again, asked him for help, he helped 4 other customers and finally helped me

We have been to this location several times in the past, but service this time was absolutely ghastly. We came for a simple pickup order, available for pickup between 6 and 7, notified by phone that the pickup was ready. We parked at 6:35 p.m., and we weren't able to leave until 7-freaking-30. Add to that the 30 minutes it took us to get home, and unload, and this little trip took us as much time as we would have taken in the store! And yes, I realize, first world problems, but I'm a big believer in the idea that if you are going to offer service, it should be done well. Add to that that no sales associate that interacted with us was wearing her mask properly, except for a woman named Ebonie who was finally able to find out what exactly had happened. The punchline? "They had put [our] order in an awkward place, and kept missing it." Ridiculous. Several bags of frozen food were almost halfway thawed, and I'm curious about how well the milk is going to do. All in all, bad service, disorganization, bad safety protocols, and no real way to address the problem. As an extra added bonus, I tried to contact the store to tell them about the problem, and nobody would answer, not in pick up, not in customer service, nobody. I could sit here hearing that ring tone for the next 45 minutes. 15 minutes, and it is still ringing now.

I travel all over the states and have been in Walmart's from coast to coast. This store is, hands down, the worst I've ever entered. Always looks like a post Black Friday day. Empty shelves, unorganized shelves, dirty, consistently out of items. Empty cold cases. No clue how they stay in business. Short-staffed and the employees who are there would rather not be. Sheeesh!

Cashier wasn't very nice. When I was loading my items at the cash register and the young lady who was checking me out acted like I was bothering her. Didn't greet me and didn't even tell me my total, I had to ask for it.

Decent store... some employees are lazy and rude, and some will actually help you...they have so many more electric carts to use, which I love!!

Seen one, seen em all. Same holds true in Lafayette. They did have a pretty nice local sports section but I couldn't find anything I had to have.

In this store you're considered a thief. If you want makeup you have to pay for it separately. If you want groceries, you have to pay for it separately. If you want liquor, you have to pay separately. Why would you go to a store because it has everything you need only to have to make three separate transactions?! You can't even get feminine products there without having to page for help, wait forever and then have a teenager from sporting goods unlock the cabinet. Be prepared to check yourself out too and have them go through your cart checking the receipt. NEVER GOING BACK.

I had only 3 items... water soap and apples... the cashier only handed me water and apples.. and Kept my soap! I tried calling back but of course no picks up in that department! When I finally get an answer I was told to bring my receipt because it's not at the register! Now I have to drive all the way back just for my soap she could have put in the same bag! will not be shopping at this Walmart anymore!

terrible customer service. waited over 40 minutes to get a controller unlocked and when i asked anyone to help me they would tell me to find someone in another department. will not be shopping here again!

Shelves are not stocked regularly. Lines are long at register. They rely on self checkout. Cashiers don't call customers from other lanes when their lane is open. Most cashiers run off as soon as they can. There is little help in the isles when shopping. Employees like to hangout and chat with each other and then scatter if you get close to them. They are like a flock of pigeons.

Not from Lafayette. Went to the closest Walmart. In the bakery dept, 1 item was moldy and 1 was COVERED with mold. On the bread isle, they didn't have the brand of bagels I usually get. Picked up a bag of a different brand and was horrified to see almost half of it covered in mold. I was totally grossed out and I quickly left the store. Nice new painted outside. Man-eating moldy food on the inside

I will never step foot in a Walmart again! Non existent customer service, lazy and down right stupid (yes I said stupid), slovenly employees and filthy store. It takes them forever to answer a phone, can't understand anything that came out of her mouth, hung up on me 3x while transferring me to the grocery pick up line. I finally gave up and just drove up to the store and went in to let them know I needed to pick up my groceries. Kind of defeats the purpose of being quicker. Another time I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come back to the pickup area when I was waiting to pick up a small online order. Meanwhile there were at least 5 employees that I could see in the back jacking around. If you sent the employees to your Walmart "University" they should of all failed!!! If Walmart cared, they would send someone from the corporate office down here to check this store out! But, then again I believe, from what I have seen at other stores across the country, they aren't any better!
