Employee working the drive through after 5 on Nov.17 was rude and had an attitude. Ended up not even ordering here and left because of her demeanor. If you don’t want to work say so, or get rid of horrible employees. The reviews for this location is horrible. Says a lot about management!
The food was so cold it tasted like straight grease! The last fry I had left a taste in my mouth that dawn soap couldn’t wash out!!
The manger Rebecca refused to give a refund and was extremely rude. I would not recommend this food to anyone or their animals!

If you want to spend your money and get the worst possible service, the worst food you can find, and a bathroom that looks like an exploded septic tank, your journey has ended. The Wendy's on ambassador has all of it and more. I spent $30 to get an exploded diapers worth of food, all while I was talked to like I just punched the cashier's grandmother. I know it's just Wendy's, and it's fast food, but damn.

Super sticky floor by the register. No one at the counter Should have left. Waited ordered My number 3 eggs had grey blobs on the whites of the eggs. The breakfast potatoes grease was old and smelled bad. Gross gross place!!!
Restrooms was unavailable and there was no hand sanitizing station available. The cashier with the glasses and short hair is still rude! She smacked her teeth at me because I wanted to pay with cash and card. I asked her her ketchup and she mumbled something back and never put it in the bag. Tried to give this place another chance but there was a hair in my food and the staff was mad at me when I told them.

So I deliver for DoorDash and it was about 11:00 pm. I went through the drive-through and there were no vehicles in line so I went straight to the window because the inside was closed. They told me I would have to go around and tell them at the speaker box I said so you want me to back up back to the speaker box they said no someone is at the box and I knew there wasn’t anyone there because I just passed through there so I backed up to the box and it took forever for them to say can I take your order so I said I’m picking up a DoorDash they say pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and told him who it was for and they said they already picked it up very bad attitude. very bad service do better Wendy’s

very very very disappointed. lady working today was rude rolled her eyes because she put down the WRONG things, it’s not my fault she can’t hear. i also was short a nugget and she didn’t give me no ketchup and we said ketchup 4 times!!! you need to be fired who ever you are. hope this helps. light skinned women with the tattoo on her hand and orange hair. she needa go. once again very disappointed. do better.

The lady working the front today with short hair and glasses has had an awful attitude it never fails. She doesn’t wash her hands and she handled my food after taking cash and wiping the tables down. I wouldn’t do it to anybody so why do it to me!??🤮

We ordered 5 burgers and a kids meal, one was supposed to be a bacon burger, we got a jr bacon burger instead with no lettuce or tomato. No receipt was given, service has gone down with Wendy’s.

Commercials never said online-only. Drove there, tried to order in person, and got told I had to use the app. Poor communication = lost customer. Not the employees’ fault, but that’s just bad business.
