Painfully long wait since they seem to only have one employee staffed for the lunch rush. Absolutely insane. Food was made very well, however.

I was the only person in drive thru line. I was rushed and cut off while ordering food. Food was not hot. No was was in lobby either. Pulled thru while getting food hd to wait 5 mins for food and you can hear them laughing thru the window

Almost every time no matter what time of the day you arrive you will most likely get the wrong order please check before leaving also if you’re into ketchup with your fries or burgers don’t count on them ever give you any this place is only surviving because of it’s location near blue collar businesses where pick need something quick to get back to the job

Went to get a couple Frosties for me and the wife. 5 cars in line at the drive through. No activity. So I went in. Stood at counter for 5 minutes with no one saying anything to me. A couple of employees walked past me to go outside. Did not say a thing. I left.

They constantly, constantly, constantly have a bad nasty attitude, they always ignore my boyfriend when he tries to talk to them through the speaker and they purposely ignore him ALL THE TIME!!. They constantly give out cold food , fries are always hard like it’s been sitting there for a week that is very nasty. Their time online says they close at 1 and anytime we come there and we see workers in there they purposely ignore us or anyone that comes there. Everyone had to go to the other Wendy’s because they are very kind and sweet and understanding and open and make sure our food is nice and hot and FRESH!!! If I could I would give the Wendy’s on Pinhook a ABSOLUTE ZERO!!!!!
The ranch wrap is horrible and not worth the money. $6 for a little wrap with dried up pieces of chicken. They got me but never again! Not worth the money!!

Spent $58.37 on dinner for 4 ppl. Fries were dry and hard, burgers were cold and dry like they were leftovers from lunch and it was 7pm. We waited in drive thru then directed to park at online pickup, you'd think it would of been at least warm....NOPE !!!
