Was told to move up for two biggie bag orders; digger into the bag & every single item was ice cold to the touch. The bacon had a greasy film on it signify that it wasnāt hot. Just terrible ā¦ how are yāall ok with giving this out to people? Not one item was cold except for the bottled water. The manager was a younger girl- she was nice when she gave us our refundā¦ but I have to do better- this is unacceptable!

We had the worst experience at our local store on Gloria Switch by Lowes. Our food was old and cold. Our fries were the broken ones you find at the bottom of the bag. Only good thing we got that day were our teas and Frosty. And service it was depressing. Quit go home. There are people who need jobs and are friendly. Sad just sad. Dave would be embarrassed š

I love Wendy's! Burgers r yummy, made with meat, not fillers. Love the salads, and a Frosty tops off my meal. My go to when I'm busy, or running errands. Not to mention, the breakfast is really good, with the tasty potato wedges!!!

My husband picked up an order here last night. The fries were stale & the burgers were tasteless & soggy. Just horrible. We both also had really bad nausea & indigestion all night after eating it. I donāt think weāll be returning to this location.
UPDATE: I gave them another chanceā¦ I shouldnāt have. I donāt know why itās so hard for them to check for accuracy before giving customers their food. They gave me a double cheeseburger, I ordered a double mushroom Swiss. Not only was the burger wrong, the one they gave me was absolutely flavorless. Are we supposed to unwrap every single burger & pull it apart right there in the drive thru just to make sure they didnāt screw it up?? The only positive comment I have is that the employee who handed me my food was very friendly & cheerful. If only she hadnāt cheerfully handed me the wrong food!

Went to the Wendy's in Carencro LA. The lady taking the order was nice but seemed like she was in a hurry and sent us straight to park and wait for our food. After about 6 minutes a guy appeared with the bags and all but threw the bags at us. Didn't really throw them but he slung them in the car windows where my husband was taken back and said do I get drinks and the guy was already gone. As we were looking to make sure all food was in the bags he appeared again and slung the drink carrier in the windows where my husband just barley kept from dropping it. The boy had already let go and my husband barely had his hands on it. No thank you, no have a good night. Really rude of the guy bringing the food out. I understand we all have bad days but atheist spend a nanosecond more to make sure the food being slung is being caught!
Didnt go in this time, but their food improved 100% and this location is kind!

Absolutely love this particular Wendy's & the friendly employees that work there. I've never really had to wait in line to be served. If so, it wasn't very long at all. F or that type of cooked Hamburger... it's worth the wait. Restraunt & male's restroom are always clean & stocked with products for public consumption. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's to family, friends, or the general public seeking a fast food restraunt to dine out.
