This is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever encountered. I ordered through door dash for my elderly mother, called beforehand to ensure they had the item, was told that they did only to get a call from my mother that they substituted her item without permission. When I tried calling back to ask what happened, imagine my surprise that my number is blocked! No worries, you never have to worry about getting our business again,

They did not have original chocolate Frosty in the afternoon on a Thursday in the summer. NO Frosty at Wendy’s, then why go? Could not understand the cashier at all. They would not take cash for 2 drinks.

This place has become trash. They are always out of something. The last two times I went, they were out of eggs, straws, ketchup, coke, and napkins. Seriously?! The food is usually cold, unless it's burnt (an entire family sized nugget tray of burnt nastiness). The owners are obviously trying to cut corners by using smaller containers for fries and whatnot as well, which is restaurant sin #1. You want Wendy's? Just go to the Ambassador one near the interstate. The food is generally much better, the portions are correct, and they aren't out of products continuously.
