I've been to a lot of restaurants before but I've never been denied to order all together! I went in there with five hungry kids our order would have been seven total four for four bags but! The manger said she did not want to put all of that on her staff I can't believe this happened to one of my favorite restaurants I would have waited for my order in a timely manner because I understand fast food restaurants worker's is underpaid and understaffed but to be denied to order is kind of crazy!! we had just walked in and walked out we never will return this took place at approximately 2:16pm Tuesday March 26th of 2024 at 3236 NE Evangeline Thruway Lafayette Louisiana location the manger had glasses on with a lot of makeup her attitude was a 4 out of 10 I can't believe this happened SMH never again McDonald's fulfilled my order just fine Wendy's you lost a good paying customer the other customer's that was dining in was in shock that the manger said that I was to I don't know the lady and I don't have a history with her I don't know what's going on at this location but I'll never return

Order a 50 piece nugget with fries. The girl comes to the window and says no that’s not what you order and won’t stop being disrespectful the manger comes and says I did here a 50 pieces. The regular employees are over charging through the drive through so know yall prices everyone! I didn’t take the wrong order but I had to pay for the order that I wanted then get my refund and that girls was still arguing and acting childish. I paid 7.06 for the wrong order and only got $3.00 back they need to be shut down! It’s disgusting they only there to try to pick up a guy and rip people off. Thank God for the manger cause they weren’t going to give me a refund she told me you can’t do that

The young girl at the drive thru window has the most ugliest attitude I've seen, I paid $3.80 in change so I didn't have to pay with my card , I asked if that was ok and she gave me a dirty look, it's not my fault she doesn't like her job , then I drove to the second window and the girl told me I needed to go back to the 1st window to pay , so I explained about what just happened about the rudeness and she was like ok , no sorry are anything ...and for sure wasn't driving back to window 1 ....Wendy yall could do better , so many people need and wants a job apparently the ones you have doesn't
