Me and my daughter came here tonight, we did a moble order though drive thu. We had to wait for almost an hour, thr manger kept yelling at the workers and we could hear it outside in the care, the French fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I use to work for burger king as a general manger as well as a regular manger. I never had to yell at my workers. I will not come here again

Radioactive Kit Kat Doodles

Manager was screaming at all of their workers. She was calling them bad things, could hear her from the parking spots to wait. Definitely going to bringing this up to HR as no one deserves to be screamed at like this. We waited an hour and my mobile order was not only forgotten, but it was entirely moved off the screen, three people ahead of us went, at least my order got duplicated.

Do you like fast food locations that can never get your order correct, with employees that then look at you stupid when you come back through the drive thru because someone is too busy not paying attention to put a sour cream pack in the bag for your sour cream and chive potato? Then this is the location for you! I’ve been here 3 times and I don’t think I’ll give them another chance, because apparently asking for any correction is too much!

I went between 7pm - 8pm. I ordered two biggie bags. I told the young girl worker my order and I felt rushed. It was as if she had somewhere else to be. I told her that I wanted my food fresh. She said everything was already hot. I just told her my order. How is all of my food already hot?

I got to the window and mentioned again that I wanted everything fresh. She said it will be. Then she told me to put my car in reverse to the first window. I was never told that before. So I did and a young guy worker told me to pull up back to the second window. I did.

Then he gave me my food. Everything was cold expect one hamburger. He did cook another order of fries fresh. I was the only car at the window. There wasn’t even any customers inside. The workers seemed lazy. I will not be returning again.

I ordered a number seven which supposed to be $6.99 Plus tax but whenever I got to the window, they told me my order was over $8.

I told them that my order was not correct due to the price. The associate was trying to tell me that it was correct and it had the correct drink and everything but I never ask for my stuff to be upsize.

After I said, no, I did not ask for. And upsize Meal he didn’t try to say is because I switch from the regular bun To a croissant that’s with me the price difference, but I never had that problem at another location before. I do not appreciate the lying and scamming to Upside.

Somebody meal just to make the company more money. You should just ask the customer. Some people might not can’t afford the upsize meal.

I'm not one to post negative reviews because everyone has a bad day but this wasn't my first bad experience at this location and since I didn't get a receipt, here you go! When I went to order in the drive thru, I had to wait several minutes to place my order. The girl seemed really distracted and annoyed while taking my order then after I was finished, I heard her say "why did she order that?" I pulled up to get my food and she gave my cup covered in spilled coke, no receipt, had me pull up to wait for my food then the girl bringing my food was walking slowly while distracted by her phone. My fries were sticking together... overall icky experience. I still love my junior bacon cheeseburgers and chili so I'll be back to another location I'm sure. I strongly believe in whether you choose to work in the service industry, you should provide good service for tips or not. The girls working were way too comfortable for this to not be their norm.

Parking: Wonky parking lot but enough parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kid's meals always have fantastic toys.
