I literally go here every day for lunch during my work week. The staff is super friendly, and after visiting daily for years, they treat me like family. Whataburger is hands down the best fast food burger joint. Just don't go to the one on Ambassador. It's like a night and day difference from the incredible University location.

This was the first time eating here and spend alot of money we didn't receive ranch for our wings and we were asked at the window did we want any dipping sauce we told them ranch we got our food and didn't get any ketchup or ranch so my son went back in to get the sauce and the lady said we don't give free sauce they were rude and I will never be back!!!

I went through the drive-through here last night (Jan 4th 2025). Not only did they not hand me my card back, but they claimed they didn't have it. I don't know who's staffing this place but....this is the 1st time in my 41 years that a drive-thru burger joint did this.

If I could I would give them a zero. I’ve never tasted anything so disgusting the fries was cold and the burger was extremely cold. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. I WILL NEVER EVER GO A WHATABURG AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh!!!

I’m so sorry, but this was the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Very bad, bacon was not even cooked, cheese was not melted. 3 meals and everything was soggy.

I pick up breakfast for my parents from here a couple days a week and their pancakes are awesome as is everything else I usually order!! All the staff members are always nice & polite when I go and try to make sure I get everything I need. This is my favorite location in all of the Acadiana area!

We love Whataburger because we don't have them where we live. The ice machine seems to be broken at most locations we visit but the workers make sure no one goes without ice! The food came out fast and was accurate. Cashier was friendly and attentive (we ate inside on a road trip).

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Almost zero wait time, food fresh and hot!! Love how I came earlier in the evening but breakfast wasn’t ready to be served and I came later and they remembered me!! I ordered a strawberry shake so they nicknamed me strawberry 🤩 love the staff there. Will always come here for late night grub or daytime meals!!
