Holy cow! I have never had such a terrible Whataburger experience. It took probably five minutes for them to even take our order and then another 5 to 10 minutes to even get to the window to pay and then another close to five minutes to even get our food. We ordered two sausage and egg taquitos one was a meal when we got to the window and paid. The worker shouted back to the other workers. If they had started working on our order, there was nobody in the parking lot and there was three cars in front of us in the drive-through. There were two workers sitting out on the front porch either taking a break or just chatting. There was another worker that walked up while we were in line from the gas station next-door and it seemed like there was maybe two workers inside actually doing anything I don’t know what the heck is going on at this Whataburger, but y’all need to figure it out. Also, the taquitos were wrapped so terribly and without a single ounce of love. Y’all need management.

I literally go here every day for lunch during my work week. The staff is super friendly, and after visiting daily for years, they treat me like family. Whataburger is hands down the best fast food burger joint. Just don't go to the one on Ambassador. It's like a night and day difference from the incredible University location.

This was the first time eating here and spend alot of money we didn't receive ranch for our wings and we were asked at the window did we want any dipping sauce we told them ranch we got our food and didn't get any ketchup or ranch so my son went back in to get the sauce and the lady said we don't give free sauce they were rude and I will never be back!!!

I went through the drive-through here last night (Jan 4th 2025). Not only did they not hand me my card back, but they claimed they didn't have it. I don't know who's staffing this place but....this is the 1st time in my 41 years that a drive-thru burger joint did this.
Early morning on the go Whataburger is the place to go. Breakfast biscuits are always fresh.

If I could I would give them a zero. I’ve never tasted anything so disgusting the fries was cold and the burger was extremely cold. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. I WILL NEVER EVER GO A WHATABURG AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh!!!
