“Had a reservation for 7:15. It's 7:40 now. This place is clearly not prepared for Christmas eve.
Update: I just had a wonderful phone call with the manager Don. He is working on rectifying the sub par dining experience we had on Christmas Eve. The words Don spoke to me were a prime example of fantastic management at work. Honestly, I had written this restaurant off until this conversation. Now, I am excited to go back and give them another chance. Great work Don.“

“We really enjoyed our meal at Mercy kitchen. Our table had the Hallelujah bread, shrimp lettuce wrap, shrimp bisque, chicken sandwich, Mercy burger, and wedge salad. Everything was delicious and the service was great.“
