Nothing's worse than arriving back to your hotel hungry and receiving LUKEWARM pizza! We ordered online at 5:25pm, then 1 hour goes by, still no pizza... we call to figure out what's going on and they have us on hold with no answer for over 25 min. TWO HOURS LATER pizza gets here but tastes cold as if it's been sitting out. I've ordered from different pizza huts before and have had no issues, however this is probably the worst experience ever. Unacceptable and will not order there again.

Hands down, the worst Pizza Hut location in existence. This place has been full of useless idiots for years and they have likewise had staffing issues forever, to the point where one person could be their only delivery person out on a busy night. I placed an order online, through the app, thirty minutes ago - the app told me ahead of time that delivery would be forty-five to fifty minutes. Okay, no problem. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I get a call from this location. The person on the phone is speaking English but has no idea what complete sentences are. I am told that they are done delivering for the night and I will have to come pick it up if I want it. Yeah, because if I wanted to get out, I would get Pizza Hut, right? If I owned this location, I would fire everyone working there and bulldoze the building just to remove this stain from the community.

This place is an absolute joke. I placed an order 30 minutes before closing. My card was charged and an hour later no food but they still have my money, charge went thru on the card. Now they are closed and no food, no money. Worst place ever. avoid this place at all costs.

Charged my card TWICE for a pizza and when I called they said my order was never even processed. TERRIBLE service.

Furious. We put in an online order at 10:13 with a projected delivery of 11:04. Never came. At ALL. Now the location closes at 11. I feel that 45 minutes is ample time, BUT, if it wasn't or they were too busy and could not deliver, a phone call would have sufficed. Seriously. They could have at least told me it was never going to come, not have me waiting until 11:41 where I finally gave up.

12 hours in airports and no time to eat. get to the hotel and all the mom and pop pizza joints are closed. the room service has stopped. i have no choice at this point . when i call they refuse to deliver unless i call from a hotel phone and rack up a phone charge from the hotel. I'm slumming it already guys... i went to bed hungry, pissed off and happy with my decision to not give you my business. i hear there is a tolerable Chinese joint that delivers.... menu at the desk... wish i had caught them before they closed.
