Looks like this place is throwing in the towel. There were a couple of people at the bar, and no food was available when we dropped in the other night.

very UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER wouldn't even come out to check to see what the problem was with the food or take the unseasoned overcooked we asked for med it was med well to well done filet mignon off the bill only took half off cause it had a couple of small bites eaten from it I don't have a problem paying for a meal no matter how much it is I've eaten at all types of restaurants all over and never heard of this the fish was set in the middle of WATERY ETOUFFEE no seasoning its was the worst slop of food DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

WORST SLOP I EVER ATE JUST HAD DINNER WITH MY DAUGHTER SHE ORDERED THE FILET MED IT CAME OUT MED WELL TO WELL DONE I ORDERED THE FISH AND ETOUFFEE NO FLAVOR AND WAS SO WATERYWE WAS TRYING TO BE POLITE WE DON'T SEND FOOD BACK AND REORDER MY DAUGHTER ATE MAYBE 3 SMALL BITES OF HER STEAK TRYING TO EAT IT IT WAS SO DRY THERE WAS NO WAY TO EAT IT WHEN I TOLD THE SERVER THE MANAGER NEVER CAME OUT WHEN WE GOT THE BILL THEY WERE CHARING US FOR THIS MEAL WHEN I ASKED HER TO TAKE IT OFF SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET THE MANAGER HE NEVER CAME OUT AND SAID HE WOULD ONLY TAKE HALF OFF BECAUSE SHE ATE OFF IT I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT I WOULD HAVE PAID IT NO PROBLEM IF IT WAS WORTH IT I TOLD THEM WE WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN THERE FOOD WAS SLOP I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THE MASHED POTATOES THAT CAME WITH IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! IT WASN'T OVER THE PRICE IVE ATE AT ALOT OF A WHOLE LOT NICER STEAK HOUSE AND PAID A WHOLE LOT MORE FOR A MEAL BUT THEY NEED SOME CLASSES ON HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT

Kevin the manager is great as well as the wait staff. The food is always outstanding. I hope they add their famous hamburger steak to their menu. It's on the menu in New Orleans. Always enjoy dining here.

Great food and service in downtown Lafayette.
We went on a Sunday night. There was NOBODY there. Literally more staff than people. We split the steak and frites which I don't recommend because it was a small portion. It was pretty good. We directly went to another restaurant after we left and enjoyed our meal.

Went to Rock-N-Bowl for a date night and ate here before going and it was the best! We had a little wait but it was worth every second. We had the Crab Fritters as an appetizer the batter was soft and that jalapeño sauce was so good. I got the Steak & Frites and it was absolutely amazing the best steak I ever had. Literally melt in your mouth. I could probably cut with a fork. My boyfriend had the Crawfish Delacroix he said he could drink the sauce out the plate lol. I will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend to everyone!
Love this restaurant. I would suggest they use white table cloths like they use in their New Orleans restaurant. Please add the hamburger steak to the menu. Love the wait staff. Complements to the chef!

This place has NO.. I mean no.. excellence like the one in New Orleans. Horrible service, drinks were terrible. Left paying our bar tab without evening knowing if our food ordered was done. Never ... I mean never.. will be back.

Stopped here for a dinner with my wife and we were blown away we were quickly seated and our waitress came over to you quickly to take drink orders. The appetizer came quick and maybe 15 Minutes later the manager came by with two free appetizers because the kitchen was backed up. The food was amazing also. This was the best dinning experience we have had in a long time. Do your self a favor and eat here.
