Terrible health practices here. No working restrooms. Refuse to allow customers to wash their hands. No trash cans available either and very rude staff. Would avoid at all cost.

Very expensive small gyro sandwiches...room temperature ingredients and the food smelled bad/sour. Threw food out. The clerk was ok but the food was not. First visit...won't return.

Kind of disappointed in the Zeus Salad. When I get this at the Johnson Street Zues express, it's worth the $10... it's not even half of the amount of food at this location. I'd rather spend the extra amount is time and make the drive across town or go somewhere else. There are no artichokes or the special Zeus salad dressing that the other location uses. Whomp, whomp, whomp. This is my third try, and I won't be coming back.
Ordered take out ordered large feta salad when I got home and opened salad box they had I counted 6 pieces of lettuce what a joke

The food here is solid and priced well. I had a gyro plate once here and hummus yesterday. They nailed the hummus with a completely grainy-free texture. And the oil on top seems to be infused with something which is delicious. Maybe cayenne sitting in olive oil. Whatever it is I love it. The gyro plate I had once was pretty good, just wish they had put more feta. Also, I tried to order two other items with my hummus and the cook told me they didn't have it. The falafel wasn't on their overhead menu (saw the item online), but the cheese pies were and they didn't have it. I got the impression they didn't actually sell it, not that it simply was unavailable at the time. It can get confusing about which Zeus has what and menus should be updated...

This is my favorite restaurant in Lafayette! The food is always top quality. I've had the Fatoosh salad, gyro plate, Zeus fish and appetizer sampler. Each item was the best Greek I've ever eaten. Margarete is a fabulous waiter. She makes you feel right at home, and is attentive. The decor is simple, but this is the hidden gem you've been looking for. Give this place a try. You will love it!
