We found this by chance after a swamp boat tour and it is the best, off the beating path place, to get a great plate and sit my the river! They will bring your plate out and all the food was so good and so fresh!! If you’re around you have to go!!
Family and I had been out fishing since early in the morning and wanted something to eat, when another place was closed we came upon Jan's. The food was amazing, I highly recommend their loaded shrimp fries! Food was out hot and customer service was fantastic.
The location is pretty hard to find, the restaurant is actually located in a open space warehouse near by the lake.Family owners were very nice.We enjoyed the local food freshly cooked and we enjoyed the quiet place and view.
